Can you use your back door at all? Tell them you need that as an escape route in case there was a fire in the front of the house. I'm the kind of person that would call every week.
I agree I would call every week 😂I have gone to the office every day at our old trailer park and reminded them that we needed repairs and that the drugstore was open again in the park

The 1,st one told me to get a new car because it would look better in the driveway! I won't tell you what I told her 😅 I couldn't believe the stupidity she displayed! We also had a 77 year old pimp who looked like Col.Sanders living behind us. We didn't know till the police and park manger had a steak out and all these African American girls were crawling out the windows

Joey you seriously should cover your rear end . Not that it's hanging out or anything 😮lol They are responsible for this and something could happen where they try and blame you. Think of it this way , if it were you, they would be all over you . Write down who you talk to,the date and time and what they said. Some people report stuff and then the landlord will find a way to kick you out. So just keep a record of everything. I do know you can withhold the rent till they do fix it. If you have a lease , you can break it because they are in breach of contract. Keep us informed!

Happy 4th Joey and yea them inspections don't surprise me I been at my park for 20 years about. I had like 2 inspections in that time.
