I actually cried while watching this. I grew up watching naruto and his hard work and progress influenced me to do better. He's a fictional character but he brings us to tears. I'm happy that he finally was able to achieve his dream of becoming the hokage😭

The way this song appears in the anime hits really hard. Naruto is about to free the tailed beasts from 100s of years of being nothing but trapped demons and chakra-vats. He finds that these monsters are really orphans left behind by his ancestor and he is happy to finally be friends with them , and that their respective Jinjuriki can find the peace with them, after a lifetime of carrying this burden, that he himself knows so well. And to sing all of their names symbolizes this moment of ultimate reconciliation. In Japanese mythology names hold power over an individuals fate. This is arguably the most hope-filled moment in the entire story.

The way this song appears in the anime hits really hard. Naruto is about to free the tailed beasts from 100s of years of being nothing but trapped demons and chakra-vats. He finds that these monsters are really orphans left behind by his ancestor and he is happy to finally be friends with them , and that their respective Jinjuriki can find the peace with them, after a lifetime of carrying this burden, that he himself knows so well. And to sing all of their names symbolizes this moment of ultimate reconciliation. In Japanese mythology names hold power over an individuals fate. This is arguably the most hope-filled moment in the entire story.
