Until Ruto puts his shoes on the above and focus 90% of his time in correcting the above, Kenyan government will seize to have any relevance until he leaves.

Every nation on earth has gone through very hard time: the great depression, world war 1 and 2, the chinese great leap forward and the famines, but not all have come out in one piece.
