before the command artifact you only wanted specific items unlocked to increase the chance of getting them randomly. i haven't bothered to add them after command. it's important not to have lunar equipment unlocked however so the chance of getting them in the bazaar is lower, you can't pick a lunar non-equipment from a lunar equipment

no artifacts would be interesting, considering that you absolutely need 3 focused convergence in the bazaar for a run. the minimum amount of lunar items you can have unlocked is 7, but you would need focused convergence as well, making it 8. 5 pods spawn, each with a 1/8 chance of being focused convergence, which you need at least 3 of. this means that an acceptable run would either have 3, 4, or 5 focused convergence. the probability of this happening is (5C3)[(1/8)^3][(7/8)^2]+(5C4)[(1/8)^4](7/8)+(1/8)^5, or about 1.6%. adding the fact that you pretty much need a tincture, and you wouldn't get any sacrifice item drops, and you would need some sort of ranged way to kill bosses while staying inside the teleporter zone, i'll keep running with artifacts since it makes things much more consistent
Hi, I've been speed running this game and have a time of 20 minutes in the celestial, I've been trying for about a week. I was wondering what artifacts you're using? I have command, sacrifice, kin, and swarms, I'm planning on getting glass next. Which others should I use?
they're just common spots. after you do enough runs, you realize where it'll normally be compared to where you spawn. there are also the particles around the teleporter which you can spot from far away

@@TheMoeHawk it's very intuitive to install, but if you want to create a custom overlay you need to know how to edit the .ini file and use some photo editor for the png. just read the readme when you install it and it'll tell you what to do

Command and glass makes the run possible. Kin guarantees horde of many bosses, which synergizes with sacrifice, swarm, soul and dissonance.

i mean i understand assuming that but you could also check some other comments without accusing me. of course speedrunners need practice, i've done well over 10,000 runs across all main categories. what i do every so often is reset my save file, since i want an optimal amount of lunar items in the bazaar to have the highest chance of getting 3 items and 1 equipment. also how would getting achievements mean it's fake? how could a run like this be faked without splicing? and if i spliced a run somehow, it's not like i would get achievements.

I’ve seen on a couple of these runs you don’t have everything unlocked. Is there a speed running reason why that is?

How were able to ensure the bazaar would have exactly 1 lunar equipment and 3 lunar non-equipment?
by resetting when i don't get it. the best chance is ~42.19% with lunar items/equipment unlocked 3/9 or 2/6.

i use obs input overlay since i record with obs. it doesn't actually show up on my screen in real time, but it shows up on the recording.

But in return we have an item that reduces the teleporter time which makes up for the extra stage if you get it early enough.

How come you're firing a missile pretty much every time later on? Surely the rate of fire is much lower
there's a ton of enemies, and razorwire from tincture can proc missiles
