Funny that... After reading your comment I decided to go take a look at my gloves. Did a little preparations on them (though forgot to quality) and corrupted. What do you know? +1 max frenzy charge.
A clarification about rage vortex of berserking: you can use it again when above 10 rage to reset the rage decay. My starter berserker sustains that skill by using it every now and then, though it falls off if packs are too far apart from each other.
@@mystagogue71 Yes, you have to do the setup every single time or you lose the damage. I get around it by going non crit two handed and only focusing on intimidating cry.
@@S3frog i was doing impale and ambush and damage was OK but really not great. ambush is crazy once you have paradoxica + a large source of flat added (i.e. replica alberons) but until then i wouldnt be surprised if an overexertion setup is better.

How I play rage vortex is sort of like melee RF: I run around with vortex on but I stop to drop some overexerted Bladestorms against rare or tanky magic monsters. I can keep four active exerted bladestorms on top of the ragestorm, which is a lot of single target damage. The good thing about using a two hander is that you can have two 6L setups.
I think they're a fairly common drop from the Admiral, and considering a large majority of people will be interacting with shipping, i can see them being cheap, for this league at least

Great video! So i'm kind of a minion Andy. Wanna know who is benefiting the most from these globes? Dominating blow. Domblow has the melee tag. In most of my domblows pob this gloves are around 35/40% more damage. I love them.
i dont know if this is bad wording or bug, but these gloves do not require you to have any rage generation at all. Im playing frost blades slayer and these with my attack speed are giving me perma uptime on rage AND berserk. its like 50% MORE dmg? Completely insane. Im guessing 0 rage on hit is still rage on hit? according to poe logic
It may be worth looking into builds that make use of multiple melee skills - and scale all of them with the gloves. For example, retaliation skills, smite-for-the-aura, secondary 4link on rage vortex of berserking
I'm having no problem on maintaing rage, with cool down on warcries and the mastery, on Berserker you have no downtime, apart from if you use rage vortex or berserk as you mention here, also the warcry cluster passive for charges generation 👌, only issue I have is sockets, I can't fit all the warcries I want, I'm not even using any aura 😅
They would have been good in previous leagues. But they seem just balanced and niche now, with rage only giving attack damage and maxed out at 30 as def.

They are not that incredible, to be quite honest. But, if they are easy to acquire, it's a good alternative to non-mirror rare gloves. As always, good video!

They are incredibile though. And quite literally too in the sense that it's hard to believe such a good unique drops from a normal boss. They are not niche nor that conditional and even bugged atm. For many builds they will be better than any rare and who even cares about mirror tier items. Like, you fan clear ubers and farm everything get challenges done with a 50ish div budget easily, some builds even less. What is even the point to compare in the realm where the only reason you play is to make fun garbage builds or projects

It also allows you to use berserk with very high uptime which is another ~75 more damage with a a couple of rage passives on the tree. Overall very high dps gloves if youre not looking for a defensive glove

Just 3 levels alone was like +15% dps for me. Then attack speed and potential corrupts like crit chance or Frenzy (giga expensive). Crazy gloves

using this on a reave jugg, gem levels + attack speed already give like 15% damage + higher uptime on berserk

Just got a pair of these on my Rage Vortex of Berserking build. Lets me also run Berserk for bosses.
