I was told running a marathon is 30:70 - that is, 30% physical, and 70% mental. So to run it successfully (means not 'hitting the wall') one must be mentally prepared. Thank you for sharing this exp of yours. It brought me tears of joy. I remembered my first marathon in Bangkok. It was fun but it was so hot and humid. Congratulations!

my uncle passed over 10 years ago from MND he lived in new zealand and i’m in the Uk all my family live there now but me my mum and brothers live here in the UK and we’d love to go and see his grave and his home town , my grandparents live there and my grandma is poorly with alzheimer’s and i take my hat off to anyone who does anything for charity ! well done mrs you’ve done fabulous 💗💗

I cant wait to run a marathon next month!!!, my past 2 runs have been really good, I run 16 miles, and 2 days ago i got 2 hours 23 minutes for 16 miles, and today I got 2 hours 9 minutes for 16 miles!!!!, beat my half marathon time by 1 minute
