I'm so excited about this KAL, Marlene! I plan on making the Traveler Shell for myself in a bright Christmas red as my holiday sweater that I hope to wear for many, many years of Christmas celebrations. Your bundle inspired me as well; the forest mushrooms look so cute and perfect for my Fall decor! I'm going to add those to my knitting queue for October. 🎉

I already have so much done for the holidays, but I'm a beginner, only knitting for two years. So some rugs, a chicken I free-drafted, and a lap blanket. Going to make a vest for my dad yet and some fish plushies for my mum. The Big One is going to be stitching together all the squares for my son's blanket. So much to do yet!

such cute ornaments! Last year I made a toque with a fluffy pom pom for a tree ornament. I'm thinking the mitten and sock ornaments might be nice additions for this year

Ich habe letztens schon darüber nachgedacht, was ich dieses Jahr zu Weihnachten stricken möchte 😅 Ich plane auf jeden Fall ein hot water bottle cover, nur welches weiß ich noch nicht... Und ein paar DK Socken werden ganz bestimmt auch dabei sein 😊 danke für die tolle Sammlung! Auch die kleinen Ornamente sind richtig süß, vielleicht mache ich sowas dieses Jahr auch 😍

These were such great ideas for gift or even self knitting. I have the water bottle on my list, but I think I’ll need to add some tiny socks to my tree too. I started my gift knitting at the beginning of the months to take the pressure off. Currently working on a headband to gift.

Danke für das schöne Video, Marlene:) deine Colorwork Wärmflasche hab ich schon sehr bewundert und ich überlege, etwas ähnliches zu stricken. Ich hab noch nie Colorwork probiert, glaubst du, sie ist für Anfänger geeignet? Ich find sie so schön 😊
Ansonsten bin ich schon seit April im Weihnachts-Strick-Modus. Socken sind mein go-to, aber mein Bruder bekommt dieses Jahr eine Dual-Loop-Beanie mit Garn aus eurem Shop:) ich wollte schon ewig das Suri Silk von Olivia & Olivier probieren, jetzt hab ich einen Strang für die Mütze bestellt. Ich bin schon ganz gespannt darauf, wie es sich verstrickt 😊
ich denke, du solltest es auf jeden fall mal probieren! vielleicht die dreifarbige option? achte darauf, dass du die garne ausstreichst, sodass die “floats” nicht zu kurz sind, ansonsten ist es gar nicht soo schwer! hauptsache du hast geduld und bist bereit bisschen was auszuprobieren, irgendwo muss man ja anfangen ;) viel spaß, das klingt schön 🥰
