So I change my meal plans I like to have things that's already chopped and ready for me and my little Ziploc bags because my right leg is gone and it's hard for me to stand up for no period of time anymore my surgery is scheduled for October. I hope I can make it to the end and I don't pass out from this pain girl

Yes this is like my second or third time buying them they're shaped like wings but they're wild caught Pollock, and sister let me tell you they are so delicious I mean every bite. I will definitely be buying them again I hadn't had them in a while but I have to tasting them and they're not high in calories at all, I don't know if you have a stop & shop around you but that's the store I got them from I'm sure they have them online

I never menued out meals before. However, it has always been there since my kiddos were in school 30 years ago. They'd come home with the menu for the month. I wanted my kids eating healthier, so I used the menu as a guide. Maybe I can do it now
