I loved the whole part where Emma reveals to Ray that her and the other children have been setting up their escape all along and it shows how they're been preparing for weeks without Ray knowing.
It was shit in my opinion, like writer just decided that Norman will outplay her, so he did, but he didn't show us any details of this outplay. Especially in anime.
@Hentai Lord Manga basicly have one additonal sentence - "He makes me chase him like he wants", something like that and still it is not explained how he makes that happen. I thought, that maybe later, when they will be chase by demons it will, but there is no hope for such thing anymore.

I had big hopes after first arc, because eventhough it had some flaws like the one, we are discussing about, overall "the clash of different approaches to the escape plan" done by Emma,Norman,Ray, Sister Krone, Mama etc. was brilliant, it also had unique climat. Later arcs are too linear, one-dimensional for me and eventhough the explanation of how this whole farm thing came to be is better than good (especially fact, that all major villian demons our protagonists encounter are Hisoka's at their core), I feel like storytelling is too lazy too many times , many things aren't explained well enough (just like the Norman outplaying Krone).

I read the manga and damn... This episode hit me like a rock. My throat started hurting so I didn’t cry. Isabellas past was so sad. Isabella wishing the kids good luck and being a true mom for once. She wanted all the kids to escape the whole time but she had to do what she has to do. I’m so anxious about Isabellas return in the manga or is she dead idk she was/is a awesome character imo. Hope she escapes with the kids, i guess she’ll sacrifice herself. BRUH! Can’t wait for season 2.
Adaptations like this is why i prefer watching anime over manga sure some details may have been skipped for squeezing them in 12 ep.but anime adaptation with these animations and music tell everything you need.
@メンマ Menma Arts yeah, the manga has so much more details and since the story was originally made to be in manga form of course it fits together better in manga than in anime. However for me the best way to enjoy it is watch the anime first then read the manga to egt some of the missed details

Just as good as the manga. I found it was amazing to re live the scenes from the manga in a completely different way. It was fun trying to guess what each character was thinking as it shows the monologues in the manga but not in the anime. I think that was a good move in my opinion. Now I just can’t wait for season 2!

I tuned in to this video to check out if Promised Neverland was something for me but I had to stop about 10 seconds into #10 because it already looks awesome and I didn't want to spoil myself.
I think Ray being Isabellas son should’ve been atleast an honorable mention I never would have guessed they were related I was actually surprised it’s probably because we were given little information about TPN world from the first season and with everything going on we didn’t have time to think about that twist well I didn’t and when we find out they are all orphans our basic instinct is to toss away that question that if she was related to any of the children since it was already answered

I liked your list, but for the first place I would have gone from Isabella´s change of heart that was for me the most shocking moment of the last episode, but at the end that is your opinion and I just can respect that, but knowing now that Phil decided to stay OMG I cant wait for the next season.

I think they force to give birth to feel what real mother feels and then they can work perfectly.. I think giving birth is a part of their training and then that child you gave birth is sent to farm land for demons.. that's the most heart breaking in this anime.. sorry my English is bad
