Hopefully, people will be willing to use this tolled expressway for going out of Dhaka. For entering Dhaka using the Rampura bridge exit or even Banasree exit of this toll-way, people may not be convinced fully to pay this service. Because already traffic on the road at Rampura Bridge cue for a long distance at peak hours, wondering how the added traffic from the expressway could exacerbate existing traffic cue situation, and how exiting-users could exit with a minimum level of convenience. I wish Dhaka bypass and RAD expressway would have had an elevated connection with each other. Traffic analysts may have a better answer if they simulate such an option to find how good it goes.
