I can see why Alec fall in love with him, Magnus is too damn likable and charming to not fall in love with. Also I like how they didn’t make Magnus too flamboyant or feminine, his style is his own and it’s fucking awesome.

I’ve always loved the character of Magnus Bane the most in the books. It’s interesting how they interpreted him in this show - like Harry Shum is channeling Jack Sparrow. He even does this side to side swaying that way Sparrow would, or the way he would hold up his hands daintily halfway into the air, fingers curled slightly upwards.
I recognized that too but in the season 2 and 3 he stopped doing it. Actually Magnus' personility changed with the producer after episode 12. He is now wiser and more careful, I don't know how to describe it. He isn't that... funny. Although I love him 'cause he has really good dialouge sometimes. :)
