- Samson's Cave a ‘rock house,’ or 'cave house,' on the Enville estate near Stourbridge West Mildlands.
Well worth your time taking a look at once a very proud troglodyte home, Samson's stands alone and at one time in the area many very small troglodyte settlements were around a small area of Kinver edge and this one being in Enville. The largest settlement being holy Austin Rock and Drakelowe.
It is hard to imagine Samson’s cave like in the photo within the thumbnail and the photo in the link www.norfolkmuse...

That was enchanting! I have wondered for years how Lewis and Tolkien could write about the fantastic things they did. From watching your videos (and the travel videos of our friend Bry) I am realizing they had England to inspire them. Thank you. Travel Safe
Thank you nana amazing comment, it’s said he was inspired by the troglodyte folk from around this area, I am so blessed to have such great friends on my journey through life, I’ve become a lot happier in myself recently and I hope this shows in the quality of the vids I make, the very best regards to you and yours nana you’re the best ❤️
@@XhristinaMacey Bless you, Ian. I have become very fond of my friends across the sea. Afraid you have been adopted into my boyz. Travel Safe and Stay Well
My great (x4) grandparents William&Sarah Thatcher lived here! Certainly from 1881 until their deaths in 1900+1899 respectively. In 1881 they were living with their daughter Caroline and their granddaughter Emma Amelia both aged 12 years. After the girls married and moved away, William + Sarah continued to live there until their deaths, aged 74 and 73. Thank you for the lovely film - really brought it to life- will definitely visit myself :)

aw, thank you, glad you enjoyed it.
Back in the 1960s, I had a pilot's license, and I was flying close to the Canadian border might have been Montana or North Dakota I discovered some troglodytes that I don't like I place a remote mechanical auto sentry, then left. About a month later FAA contacts me with a warning ticket you must place a warning beacon on the air obstructing your building or face fines and imprisonment!
What? That's right! What am I building do I look like a carpenter to you? You're the only aircraft in the area. Any obstruction over 200 feet white any obstruction over 500 feet red 40-60 blinks a minute. Well, ok I'll do. Had to buy the red flew back to the place which is miles of boring flat land radar comes up big freaking mountain range I
gasp check my lat & long again yah this is the place huge stink pile of ppl look-alike clone troglodytes over 500' high and miles long I could make out the mist. Climb the stink pile place the battery beacon and left!
That’s interesting I used to fly paragliders but suffered a bad crash, thanks for sharing your story x
