The private Prague based medical transport company Meditrans definitely has a lot of variety in their fleet of ambulances. This variety is probably not just fascinating me. That's why I decided to make this fleet history video which consists of response videos that I took between 2013 and 2019. All (except for 1) of them are already uploaded, see the links below.
In the bottom right of each video you can see the unit number (if displayed on the vehicle) and the year in which I took the video. *Edit: Meditrans noticed this video and let me know the missing unit numbers (thank you!) :) The order is somewhat close to 'from the oldest to the newest' (as of 2019).
Meditrans purchased custom ambulances as well as stock units and even demo vehicles (the ones with battenburgs should be demo rigs as far as I know). They're probably purchased used vehicles as well (133 might be one).
Here is a list of all the units that appear in the video as well as links to each of the full length videos and more information in their descriptions:

I think 0:25 (unit 134) is my favorite because it was one of my first videos in Prague. I just love that "old" Whelen siren as well! It's also interesting to see 4 lights on the mirrors. It's somewhat old school and was made in a time when lighting technologies changed from strobes (as well as halogen & rotators) to LED's. 134's lights on the top are strobes while the additional lights are LED's.
Otherwise I would struggle I just can't decide:
    - From the effectiveness of the light setup: definitely 2:54 (unit 117) - no other Meditrans unit (not even the ones which I haven't caught) has such an awesome and bright light setup. Nothing beats the Whelen M7's (the lights mounted in the top).
    - From the siren point of view: 0:25 (unit 134) as mentioned above as well as 0:44 with the same siren. I also like the "old school" Whelen lighting in the front, especially with the old Liberty and its halogen takedowns.
    - pov from the overall look: the Vito at 1:48 looks nice - slick & clean. Same for the Transit at 3:43 which also has the Whelen Alpha siren.
    - The Skoda Yeti at 4:05 has an interesting lighting in the front. Quite a cool looking car.

      That's a Federal Signal MS4000.
Here's a video of another ambulance using that siren: ruclips.net/video/mc4_9wYfgPM/видео.html
