As a massage therapist who always struggles with table height because I’m under five feet , your genitals will never accidentally brush up against a client. Though yes, inner thighs are within the scope of practice you always get informed consent from the client when it comes to working inner thighs, glutes, scalp, face and pecs. Even if it’s a regular client who has always said yes to having these areas worked on , you have to ask every time. This is so wrong in so many ways. Being on a massage table to receive therapy takes a lot of trust and vulnerability and the fact that he violated that is deplorable.
I could see that physical contact could briefly happen, when working with something as intimate as massage therapy. But it would be a split second and you might even have had to say 'excuse me'. It is not too hard to distinguish between a brief contact as you are moving about and then a guy rubbing himself against you. These guy is such a liar that it's quite funny.

About fifteen minutes into her massage she came out bawling. We were 12. I’m 31 now. She’s better now and happy with a family but it was awful for awhile. Please parents be aware of this and read this. Not all people are bad but just be aware things can happen and massages are one of those things you have to be weary of if it’s for your under age kid. He was jailed for 16 years for sexually assaulting over 23 woman . However he appealed and got his sentence reduced to 9 years so when I found out he was getting paroled I started criminal charges , well two other woman have now come forward and the committal hearing is early next year . This creep told me he became a massage therapist so he could touch woman as no girls at school ever liked him. There isn’t enough regulation around natural therapies and I’m also a massage therapist and I hate that our industry doesn’t have better regulatory bodies etc .

From someone who gets multiple massages a week. It is possible that his genitals touched her, it has happened to me when my masseuse was working my back from above my head and reaching down. But because he’s been my masseuse for a lengthy period of time and it’s not a normal thing that happens, I didn’t feel like there was any malicious intent, and it’s only ever happened that one time.

I went to a Naturopath and he was also a massage therapist and he assaulted me the first time I saw him , then continued to stalk me and drug me and sexually assaulted me on multiple occasions. He was jailed for 16 years for sexually assaulting over 23 woman . However he appealed and got his sentence reduced to 9 years so when I found out he was getting paroled I started criminal charges , well two other woman have now come forward and the committal hearing is early next year . This creep told me he became a massage therapist so he could touch woman as no girls at school ever liked him. There isn’t enough regulation around natural therapies and I’m also a massage therapist and I hate that our industry doesn’t have better regulatory bodies etc .

I only book massages with women. Not worth the risk, unfortunately. Such a sad reality to even have to think about it.

From someone who gets multiple massages a week. It is possible that his genitals touched her, it has happened to me when my masseuse was working my back from above my head and reaching down. But because he’s been my masseuse for a lengthy period of time and it’s not a normal thing that happens, I didn’t feel like there was any malicious intent, and it’s only ever happened that one time.
As a massage Therapist myself, this guy creeps me out and he seems guilty and unprofessional.
He also even never really answered the question or commented on the fact that he was on the floor. Why would you be on the floor giving Massage. That makes no sense at all ever

OMG, he is arguing details that make my head spin. "Oh, so I didn't put my genitals directly on her, but it was on top of the stone." Like that would be OK? I am an LMT, and the idea that we are even talking about where his genitals were is off the charts. It is a good thing this guy has lost his license. He needs to be further investigated and prosecuted. That client had every right to stop the session, ask him to leave the room, get dressed and leave, without payment.
