Never, ever, ever invite a stranger into your home esp when you have children. If you want to help people (which I applaud you for) simply provide them with a phone number(s) that they can call to obtain a list of available resources. People aren’t normally homeless just because of money problems. It’s typically a multiple of intertwined reasons that landed them there in the first place and even more reasons of why they stay.
that is *EXACTLY* what I'm trying to explain to people in the comments and they think i'm being heartless. I'm sorry, if you want to give a stranger 3 hots and a cot go ahead. That's your prerogative. But as soon as children enter the equation that's a no go. Usually when people turn up all alone in a new place it's because they've left a trail of destruction in their wake and they're trying desperately to outrun their problems. That never works. They fail to realize that they themselves are the real problem, they will continue to create havok and cause problems in the new place and repeat the entire cycle. As a parent it is horribly irresponsible to bring a stranger in your home. You are essentially putting your children directly in the way of potential harm. There's no circumstance where this is OK.
I could see that. But. More often than not those resources are either full or are unable to help them (some of them require you to pay or have insurance..)
Like when you live in someone else's house that they pay for, be grateful and abide by their rules. It's that simple. Be humble that someone opened their home to you for free.
No. Home ownership absolutely does NOT denote superiority in any way. The behaviours a person chooses denotes either a superiority or inferiority of BEHAVIOR. You're (unfortunately) confusing possession of material goods with human value. That is tremendously skewed, twisted, unprincipled. It's exactly the antithesis of what we should be teaching our children and expecting of ourselves. Please... Think better.
Brooke - mom of the year, people. I'm just going to say it: She is like a LION when her family is involved in conflict. Seems to be the kind of person who fiercely protects her fam ✊. Respect.
I feel that woman, imagine bringing someone into your home out of good will and having accusations thrown about just causing mayhem. You've overstayed your welcome.. Thank you and bubbye🙋♀️
He said it. “You’re insistent on finding your past in my children’s present” I think this woman is incredibly misguided and hurt. We don’t know much about her actual childhood, but I’d imagine she’s trying to be the “savior” that she may have needed at the time. She definitely needs a lot of help
The best part is they’ll have to evict her first, and legally she can actually kick them out for 6 months. Oh, and you can’t cut the utilities off. While our governments wasting its time putting on a clown show and enriching themselves, that’s the kind of laws their passing for us....
I had something similar happen to someone I was to help and the minute I couldn't do something for her, she turned on me. It was a huge blow to our friendship and it took me a while before I could trust someone again.
There are just some people who are all about what does the world owe me and who can I use to get what I want. The worst part is, they'll turn around and tell anyone who will listen that you were the bad guy.
This woman resented the fact that Brooke opened her home and family up to her. She was never grateful, she’s resentful and jealous and it seems to me, went into that home to cause chaos and upset.
the husband couldnt be more right shes just putting her own past trauma and trying to give the kids "help" she never had because shes bitter she didnt get help, but the kids and are happy and fine
This homeless lady is the worst. Her audacity is outrageous. We all see it. We all get it. However there is a much bigger issue here. These two parents took in a homeless person off the street to come and live in the same house with their children. This is inexcusable. They're lucky CPS didn't take the kids away just for that. Homeless or not, she's a complete stranger. This is absolutely unreal.
Honestly I’m not going to pass judgment on that since it sounds like she came to church with them. I don’t think that they met her and were like come live with us but rather got to know her through church and invited her over to stay with them to get back on her feet to recover after a bit.
@@carolineweaver76 I see your point but I respectfully disagree.. it doesn't change the fact that she is essentially still a drifter. Usually when people turn up in a new place alone it's because they've burned numerous bridges. If you want to do good through your church and give someone that's struggling 3 hots and a cot and that's your prerogative.. as long as there are no children in the house. That changes the dynamic completely. At the end of the day they are putting their children directly in the way of potential harm. I just can't fathom that kind of irresponsibility.
Some kids don't like to eat breakfast but they ate there lunch and dinner and snacks and they get to watch TV and play videos games so how is that abuse
I knew how to make my own food and do stuff independently from a young age. I would also watch my mom and help her cook dinner and Sunday Brunch. I am the third of five kids, and growing up, there were two high schoolers(my older sister and brother), then myself and my younger siblings. There is a huge age gap between us younger three and the older two. Everyone did their own thing, and we all found ways to entertain ourselves when bored or complete homework/chores.
There's a reason why Sarah was homeless and living in a tent. Who wants that drama? She's just a giant problem waiting to happen! Her face just says I'm big trouble
I would call the parents protective before I would ever call them neglectful. Also great for the editors for bleeping out the son's name and protecting his privacy
The only questionable thing I've seen in regards to tiger parenting is them bringing in a CRAZY UNHINGED HOMELESS WOMAN into the family dynamic and letting her live and interact under the same roof
I would of said to Sarah “just because you were attacked in your childhood doesn’t mean my children are being attacked so if you don’t like the way I run my home then please get the F out of my house”
She blew it. She could have worked to improve herself while staying there but she just decided to attack the people that brought her in. Now she will have to go back to the streets and no one will want to help her after watching this. She really is not the brightest bulb around. Many homeless people would die to get a second chance to get off the streets and improve themselves.
How dare she say their son’s name on the show. And she had the nerve to say it again after! Sarah is one of the most disgusting people to ever be on this show.
The mom may have advanced training, but she has ZERO common sense. Your children are nore important of any homeless person, she should have left the crazy lady on the street. She did a stupid thing and got punished
I believe that she is lying & hurting the parents I mean I'm sure that they said no drinking alcohol nor smoking in the house & she abused those rules.
This woman has a huge inferiority complex. It's absolutely eating her up that this happy wife has a perfect family, and she's doing everything she can to tear them down to make herself feel better about being a vagrant and a drug abuser.
A homeless woman that needed a surgery. The couple on the left is Christian with a big home with lots of kids. They took her in and let her use their address for pre surgery paperwork and crash on a couch in their home. During her recovery, she expected to be waited on by the couple, then she noticed how the kids fed themselves, and a 3 year old accidentally soiling herself. She prays and decides it’s abuse and calls CPS on the couple.
I would say what my mom always said to me “If you don’t like how I run my household, you can get TF out!”
Woulda kicked this creepy lady out ASAP
AMAN!!!!!
That's how your mom talks to you? I'm sorry for you.

Sooo true

How f*cking dare you. I'm absolutely speechless.

It's the people who are the nicest that are the most scary/fiercest when they are upset! 👏
And shows she’s a true mother-adopting special needs children and raising them in the best way possible!
The husband is exactly right
I dont blame Brooke one bit for her anger over this. Sara's smug attitude just doesn't set right with me at all.

Some people are homeless for a reason
