They think it's cute being out on the street at 14. Back in 02 I met this 15 girl who ran away from her foster mom. It's 2024 she's on drugs, is HIV positive and has no teeth in her mouth. She was literally having babies every year back in the day and as soon as she had them they were not allowed to leave the hospital with her, all I remember was this sweet 15 girl with braces and the streets used her up.

The judgement that y’all are passing on these children is ridiculous. It’s not normal for 14 year olds to not want to return home. A deeper look into their home life needs to be taken. Instead of commenting on their demeanor, the focus should be on what was so bad at home that they the rather be out on the streets.
A cousin of mine was the exact same way at about 14...ran away from home..stayed with whoever would let her..allowing her to not go to school and cause drama for her mother (my aunt)..getting picked up by truant officers. She got pregnant at 15..still imposing all this foolery with a +1 that she drug the streets with..creating lying narratives to gain sympathy. My aunt worked like a team of horses day and night ..to provide for her and her other 4 siblings. My cousin was extremely rebellious and wanted to do what she wanted..but her Mom was like the typical mom at that time...she "chastised" her old school way..but that did no good..she even let her go live with another aunt ..where she was treated very well..til she broke our 9 year old cuz's arm (pushed her down some concrete steps). I attended school with one girl who bought the "abuse/misuse script and her family took her in..I found a bag of items under her mattress that looked very suspicious🤨..after verifying a few things ..we find out she stole from my friend and her people..all the way down to her afro wig..😅
