This course is even better than you can imagine. Impeccable conditions and just gorgeous. One might say Augusta like (other than the distance)
698 yard par 5. I'm a scratch golfer and I'd have to hit driver and two hybrids to get home insane. Love your content Zac keep them coming
Absolutely love to hear you are enjoying the content 👊
I’ve played it, it’s crazy downhill. I only carry my driver around 265, and I almost hit it in two shots
I'm probably driver, 3 wood, 5 hybrid. And they all have to be hit well.
That course is the 2nd longest in US. Check out the first, International Golf Course in Bolton, Ma…8,325 yards, par 73, course rating 80. Slope 154, refurb by Robert Trent Jones. Longest in the world: Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Golf Club, Lijiang, China, 8,548 yards, par 72. 2nd: Legend Golf & Safari Signature Course, Waterberg, South Africa8,473 yards, par 72. 3rd: Blair Atholl Golf Course, Johannesburg, South Africa8,420 yards, par 72. Then the two in the US as mentioned.
Thanks so much for the info 👊
Man...I need to play this course. Looks like a ton of fun. Hard to believe how excited I get when I see a new upload from ya Zac. It's like movie night for 20minutes and 50 seconds :-)
Absolutely love to hear it 👊
Best part about it: it's 150$ bucks all you can play/practice/ride
I’ve played all the RTJ courses in Alabama and this is a gem. Links in Auburn is my second favorite. Two other long courses are in Muscle Shoals. I’ve played from the tips there and they are 8000+ each. Take a look at those score cards at the distances.
What a picture perfect ending!
So glad I can call this my home course! Thanks for coming by and showing our beautiful state courses!
RTJ Trail has two monster long courses up in Muscle Shoals, AL that are pretty long too. The Fighting Joe, and the Schoolmaster. Should look them up
I definitely want to go vlog those 2 courses sometime!
Colbert Hills in Manhattan, KS from the Tips is the longest I've played @ 7500 yards. Crazy fun course!
14 was a great putt. Sometimes wonder how important is the mind space. Zac had the feeling that he would make it and he made a long one. Great round bud.
Thanks so much Pete 👊
Would love to see you on a UK tour summer 2022…. You’d love to see it!!
i will be playing this course more than once this coming spring and summer
Would love to see you out in my neck of the woods in Bandon oregon. The courses aren't 8000 yds. But with the wind I'm sure it's close, nothing like hitting a 4 iron 100 yards less than your stock 😂
Would love to get up that way at some point!
That dart at the last 🎯…. Let’s go dude! Great spot!
Zac is doing his own version of Micah's "huge for the program" with his "huge for the moral"
😂 until you said this I hadn’t even thought of this and now that’s all I’ll be thinkin about next time I say this haha
Come to karsten creek in Stillwater Oklahoma course is about 7500 from the tips and very fast greens and tight fairways definitely the toughest course I've played
Would love to tee it up there sometime!
SUCH A GOOD VID!!!!!!!!!! nice finish
I played this course in a big cup challenge tournament today. super fun. highly recommend the course. think its the 5th longest in the world though.
Awesome job as usual! Leilana asked if I was close to you in score? LOL.. I said no, he’s a player, I just enjoy golf! She did say you are very positive; one of the reasons you’re one of my favorites.
What a beast of a course. Nice. 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
Amazing content as always man! You should plan a trip to New England and specifically Maine at some point. Would love to see you tear up some of these tracks
The course looks sick my type of course.
you should play the judge at capital hill in montgomery Al. It’s pretty close to there and the name says it all…it tests your golf at 7800 i believe
Definitely want to get there someday!!
Zac what driver are you using
Great round. You could’ve shot even if that 2 iron didn’t jump on you. Keep up the good work!!
Royal New Kent in Virginia. Lots of elevation change, tough coarse...gorgous
76.8 rating, 7440 yards
Sounds like an awesome course!!
Sand Creek Station back tee boxes only. They may not even have the markers on them.
Appreciate the recommendation 👊
Great job Breaking 75 in STYLE Zach! MMMMMM! That last shot was TASTY! I recently played an RTJ Course in Huntsville, AL called Hampton Cove. Definitely recommend it! That 16th hole par 3 on the highlands course will eat you alive
There's one in Australia that's 5000 yards. I just googled it. It's 848 MILES Long. It's called Nullabar links
Thanks for showing us the courses those of us stuck in the office wish we could be out playing. I'd rather be breaking down my own game, but alas the obligations of life are what they are.
At 78.4 course rating, shooting a 74 is 4.4 strokes better than scratch, or about what a +4/+5 handicap would shoot. Incredible golf! From a (scratch) strokes gained with 0 SG set equal to the 78.4 course rating, and given the yardages you provide and some estimates on distance on the chips/putts, here is how it breaks down on the model:
SG off the tee: +3.9
SG Approach: -2.1
SG ATG: +1.5
SG Putt: +1.1
Total SG: +4.4
Aside from one the drive into the woods, 13/14 were positive strokes gained (against scratch). Great weapon to have.
Team morale 😂
Great round especially the back nine and you were blocking your irons a bit. Way to fight through it bro! Blessings to you from Richard in Cosby, east Tennessee. POSITIVE VIBRATIONS BRO!
Man you need to come to the golf capital of the south .... Myrtle Beach SC! Come play Eagle Nest it's the longest in the state with 8000 yards! I have never played it so I don't have advice for ya! Maybe bring Mark with you as well! Lol! Love the content brother! Can't wait for more full length videos!
Longest course I have played was Antler Creek in Falcon Colorado (Just east of Colorado Springs). 8058 yds from the tips.
Would love to get there someday!
That’s at about 6000’ altitude right? Guessing the ball would fly 10-12% further up there? Bet it’s beautiful! Our family actually lived in Colorado Springs in the late 1950’s for a couple years. I was too young to remember it.
Longest course I played was 7600 yards shooting 2 over in thailand
Would love to tee it up there someday!!
@@ZacRadford waiting for you bud. Some new courses coming up
Club at Emerald Hills in South Florida
Thanks for the recommendation 👊
Whiskey Tangle Foxtrot!!! Was that relief on 15th legal??? Played well though!
Would love for you to join me at RTJ fighting joe in the shoals. 2nd longest course in America. I’m about a 6 handicap would like to test our games
74 on a course over 8,000 yards? Truly quite an accomplishment. Has to be tough when you pipe a drive on a par 4 and have 2 bills left in…
the longest i played is The International(Pines course) in Massachusetts (8325)
that course kicked me in the rear
Any sessions planned with Micah any time soon? Loved watching you guys play together. Great video man.
That was fun Z!! Unbelievable to play over 8k yards!
And...get yourself a new 4 iron!
I love all of your full vids. I’m just not into the shorts, I’d rather watch TikTok lol. I do like watching you play against someone as well. Thanks
Shame to only be able to give 1 thumbs up for that content, Zac played a monster course and never wavered from his game plan, Keep it under control and only take what the course gives. That's something I need to try to do is let the bad holes slide after they happen, You seem to be able to control that well, I have a habit of holding onto a bad hole for a couple holes and end up losing my focus. Great Vlog Zac, keep them coming.
Try dragonfly in madera ca longest course in the valley about 170 yards shorter than Ross bridge
Wow, great finish Zac! Those last couple drives were piped! Hole 18, 487 yards, driver, 8 iron to a foot. I think I may have dreamed of playing a hole like that once 😉. Thanks for bringing us along to these beautiful courses.
Putt on 14 for birdie was awesome mate, what are the fans for around the greens. By the way the view from the 18 tee box is incredible, what a great looking course
Lovin' your work Zac. Would love to see a stinger challenge. See if you can break par hitting stingers off the tee.
The RTJ Schoolmaster up the road at Muscle Shoals is 8092. I’d like to see you play one of the short courses on the trail too.
What a round! Driver awesome and wow that putter was hot! 3 Pin Slammmers! Awesome Vlog
So glad you enjoyed 👊
courses out in Arizona and Oregon Bandin Dunes pronghorn crosswater tethrow gamble sands chambers bay cour d alene
Zac, you need to head down to Prattville and play "The Judge ".
Come on down to Auburn and play Grand National championship courses!
There is another long golf course in Muscle Shoals, AL called the Fighting Joe.
how come you dont buy a 4 iron?
It’s actually been tough lately to get any clubs ordered but I am working on it!
Zac what driver are you using
TaylorMade M3
i know zac typically hets pretty steep at the ball but does it look like he is coming across the ball a bit more than normal?
279 yard drive on hole 12? Bulk up, get into the gym.
No more RUclips shorts please! These long videos are where it’s at!!
Not gonna lie...needed to see that final one footer in...😉...great round
Thanks so much 👊
@@ZacRadford Gonna be warm weather only but some stunning courses in BC Canada...e.g. Tobiano.... maybe loop back via TXG, get that 4 iron sorted...
The longest golf course is in Bolton, Mass, with International Golf Club's The Pines Golf Course. From the tips: 8325 yards, par 73.
Challenge: Make at best 75
This is the longest course in the US.
The 12th hole at meadow farms in Virginia is 841 yd par 6
Tour 18 in Humble TX longest course
Hardscrable country club Fort smith AR
Driver hybrid 8 iron to a near 700 yard hole wow 👌🏼 you are so good Zac
Where’s Andrew? He is content
I’ve been tryin to get him back out!!
You played it a lot better than EAL did 😂😂
Way to finish strong striking those irons crisp!!
Thanks so much 👊
The sound when he flushes an iron, it's a sweet noise
Absolutely love a crispy iron!
Congrats that course would kill me.
There’s one in Colorado that’s 773 yards!
One bad driver all day cost you a double, but awesome round of golf Zac. I really enjoy your content.
So awesome to hear you are enjoying the vids Jim!
Hey Zac, Brutal m8, brilliant content
Great Idea 6 inch Spot path. Putting 👌
Purgatory Noblesville indiana
Man that double...awesome job battling back though. I've played that course (not from the tips) and it's no joke. 74 is still an awesome score.
This course was definitely no joke!!
you get a thumbs up for that putt on 16, that was rough
New here…would love to see Edgewood Tahoe resort!
Play Erin hills and whistling straits
Would love to get there someday!!
I watched Golfholics play Whistling Straits on cold, windy fall weather snd I couldn’t believe how long it played for two scratch golfers. The Ryder Cup players made it look a lot easier than it really is.
Great finish Zac! Agree that your putter was looking good and ball was rolling on really good lines all day. 74 is 👌🏻
Appreciate it my man 👊
Hey Zac. Nice course and good round you managed to put together. Super dart on the last hole to a footer. Reckon you were trying to hit your drivers harder than usual today hence with those few hanging out to the right. Good lesson for the future that you have to go into a long hole with a mindset of swinging your usual pace rather than having to slam it.
Thanks so much Rich 👊
Let’s go Zac! Come on to San Antonio.
The tougher the course, the better Zac plays.
Lesssssss gooooo
Very nice round! I have played there and its not an easy course! Great round!
Thanks so much!!
Great work. Please keep it up.
What an epic finish! Nicely done 🍻 looked like your better shots were when you stayed more vertical through impact. Otherwise your 'bad shots' that faded too far right, your upper body appeared to curve or lean over more than I'm used to witnessing.
Really appreciate the feedback 👊
Totally agree, I can tell the shadow of the shot by his follow through. Maybe I've watched a few too many Zac Radford videos lol.
Played this course once when I lived in AL in a 4 man scramble. All of us were single digit handicaps. We ended the day at -9 and felt absolutely great at the end of the day. Monster course!! ⛳ 🏌️♂️
Here birdie birdie birdie!! ⛳
Let em fly!!
@@ZacRadford love them bounce back pin slammer's!! Keep the vids coming! 👊
Eagle's Nest in SC!
Let me know if you play it. It's drivable for me, so we can play for lunch. . .which I'll definitely be buying.
Thanks so much for the recommendation 👊
What a finish! Great vlog as always. After French Lick and Ross Bridge, you may want to play a pitch&putt next ;)
I remember the first time I got into a par 5 in regulation. 565 yard dogleg right, persimmon driver, 2 iron, 2 iron (Hogan steel blade from the 60s). I was so freaking proud of myself lol.
This was a lot of fun! Great score on a very difficult course! That mega dart at 18 was sweet!!! Keep it up and make sure to play Chapel Hill Golf Course in Ohio this next spring. You're the best!!!!
Great round Zac on a tough golf course. Putting is much improved. Imagine playing that place in a big wind and cold; notta.
It was perfect!! I would love to see a match against somebody else.
What was the score against your friend?
Wow, what an impressive finish! Your drives are incredibly long and that closing approach shot was so awesome.
Getting close to 100k!! Love seeing your course vlogs of all varieties, especially those where you’re revisiting the same course several times with different mini competitions (with others and yourself).
I make sure I watch at least two of your videos before every round I play. Keep up the great content!
What a great round bro. On that course, that length..just damn. Thanks for the video!
Nice isn’t it!!
What a par save on a 698 yard par 5! Madness
Thanks so much 👊
You are a legend!!! Keep it up!!!
Thanks man and will do 👊
