    To my ear it sounds like this technique may have been employed by Tracii Guns in the LA Guns song "Electric Gypsy". This was the first thing that came to my ear mind..

    I've been looking around at hybrid picking lessons on youtube and this seems to be the best one for getting started. The others I've seen have the right & left hands moving so quickly, even when they show it slow, that I can't seem to pickup. I think learning these licks is a great way to get that right hand working, as I play guitar, but only pick & if I'm using my fingers, I usually put the pick in my mouth instead of trying to combine it.

      +NoyzyBoyZ3 Start Super Slow. Get it clean, then speed it up. Otherwise it will frustrate the hell out of you LoL.

      +MyworstEnemy I'm already plenty frustrated man,but thank you for the advice.Do you use your nails or fingertips?

    • @myworstenemy680
      @myworstenemy680 8 лет назад +2

      NoyzyBoyZ3
      Fingertips. The nail thing may sound a little better, but it looks weird growing them out.
      Not to be vain, but the females don't like it LoL! I'm working on this today, and it is frustrating for me as well.
      The Metronome is your best friend lol.
      Seriously, it has helped me play cleaner and faster. It's one of the best things for improving your playing quicker.
      There are free apps for your phone.
      I'm sure you already knew that, but you never know right?

I'll keep at it and maybe somehow,I'll be able to show you my progress.I really enjoy listening to you,which I will continue to do,and best of luck to you in your future endeavors! Don.
