Agreed. Godzilla’s 2019-2021 design is my favorite Godzilla design. I love that Godzilla’s dorsal plates were actually based on the original design from 1954. Whenever I see this movie, I can tell this was made by Godzilla fans for Godzilla fans. The evolved 2024 design honestly looks off with the legs slimmed down, the pink atomic breath, and the spikier dorsal plates. Hopefully, Godzilla will get a new design closer to the 2019-2021 design for a future Monsterverse movie with similar dorsal plates with a white color similar to most of the Toho designs, slightly bulkier legs, and the blue atomic breath.
In GvK it's confirmed he's completely changed. Multiple statements say that he's stronger than his 2019 self including Nuke boost (Boston Goji) and he's also completely ferocious

I respectfully disagree. Godzilla x Kong was an absolutely bonkers fun love letter to the late Showa Era. Definitely by no means a masterpiece of cinema, but it was a heck of a time to watch lol. That being said, King of the Monsters is absolutely spectacular
