Episode 7 is two interviews with former West Coast residents. One is a famous Jazz Singer, Veronica Claus, who left San Francisco and purchased an old church where she is renovating it into a B&B. The other, Yvonne Gardner, an entrepreneur, also formerly from the West Coast, purchased the old Clausen Brewer farm and is turning it into a destination and entertainment center. Clausen was second only to New York City’s Anheuser Busch brewery in output. This was Clausen’s summer home, which includes the first indoor bowling alley.
