Bless Jeremiah Newton. He has done so much to keep her legend alive. A true friend. Thank you for posting this!

46:24 Thank you so much for letting Jeremiah talk and never cutting him off or interrupting - without friends like Jeremiah these stories would be lost forever. These are the folk who broke dirt, and laid down the path that is now a road well-travelled (and taken for granted) by younger generations today. 💝

Jeremiah is such a sweet guy and so generous with his time to talk about Candy to this day. I watched the doc like so many others and it really spoke to a young gay guy and i wrote him and we started talking and we spoke on and off for a long time. I need to look him up again. Hes a treasure from a time that was so influential in Pop culture. His brain is like big guilded treasure chest. We need to honor people like Jeremiah theres not many people from his era still left around. Hes a gay treasure.

I’m thinking Edie Sedgwick was the biggest star of the factory. With Candy the close runner up. Both of which Warhol showcased yet used.
& didn’t turn up @ their funerals perhaps? 🤔 Too guilty of detached blame upon himself probably.
Furthermore, why is Holly Woodlawn’s image imposed upon the flyer of this intro clip?
