Im STOKED to see you run this truck on the strip! I think doing a drag and drive with it would be sick. With practice you could get deep into the 11s or possibly a high 10.
Talk to cleet about the converter. I'd bet if you run a higher stall (like 2500) it'll spool better.

With my experience on my drag Cummins spool jets work much smoother if you do them pre intercooler. It helps distribute the nitrous with the air

I have a 79 chevy short bed lifted 8 inches and 40 inch boggers, i put a new 632 crate motor in her ,got some slicks and ran a 9.82 1/4 mile on its first pass not too bad

So sick I got see it in person
sumting i heared about is combining the nitrous shoult with a shot of propane , makes the mixture eazier to burn and should spool up the turbo with the bigger shot , its a little eazier to set up too as both the nitrous and propane is pressurized so a second dry nitrous kit hooked up to a barbique bottle or filling a second nitrous bottle with propane and use the kit switched on and off together as is should work good enough

Tee your spool jets run 1 into hot side an 1 on intake elbow. .030 ish each side
Try hitting lock up shifting into 2nd. Loads the motor more and might be faster if it burns clean
