as much as I did like Gravity overall, frankly it's got a gigantic plot hole (the entire rationale for why Clooney's character dies) arguably as big as anything in Speed.

When this movie first came out on VHS when I was a teen, we had been living in a new house and my parents wouldn’t get cable, the house didn’t have an antenna, and of course Internet was dial up. It was the dead of winter and there was just no entertainment for us because we didn’t own that many tapes. When we got this one it was the only thing my sister, brother, and I could all agree to watch. So we watched it everyday for 30 days straight. Multiple times a day. We would just sit there reciting the dialogue. LOL My parents then finally got cable because my mom said she couldn’t listen to the theme music anymore. It’ll always have a special place in my heart. ☺️

Terrible terrrrrrrible films held together by a few actors force of collective wills, quick cuts, pounding elevator rock music, booooooooobs and main charscters with one constantly pointed out quirk or memorable trait!
