GRF looked so burnt out in this game, its normal considering its their first final. I knew they lost already after game 4. I hope they get to world instead of KZ.
Shoujo Fanboy As S-Cut 에스캇 already explained well, KZ lost against the best teams and better region in those tournaments and in the past, it wasn't Korea magically won previous tournaments, they knew what to do, just like SSG, they knew how to play against LZ, now as Gen.G, they still know how to counter KZ, in Spring, KZ was the only team which understood the meta in the LCK, meanwhile because of their skills, they outperformed KT and AFs, which they also had a clue about how to play in that split. At MSI, RNG made the meta, at Rift Rivals 2018 China had the superior strategies, which they counter the Korean macro/full control, slow playstyle, how China has been beating Korea this year, it's pure art in their strategies and in their performances, but, some can notice that, because, they think Korea is unreachable and if they lost, it's just because they underperformed. 2 times that China strategically drafted their teams to beat Korea at Rift Rivals, if some don't know, all the teams can work together for their region in the final, in 2017, they sent out EDG against SSG, both teams make their plans and then they tend to dominate the whole match, in the end, EDG had a clean and dominant victory against SSG. WE had strong players, who they could beat SKT there and after the laning phase, also, xiye could make proactive plays in lane better than Faker; they just proceeded to stomp SKT. OMG as the weakest team, they were just mainly sacrificed against KT. RNG which was their 2nd weakest team back then, but, better than OMG, they went against MVP, the weakest LCK team. Meanwhile in 2018, they knew exactly what the LCK teams were going to do after the 1st match of the final, they sent out the best match-ups they had for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th matches, they knew what AFs were going to play and do, but, they didn't expect they were going to play it in the smart way they did. RW is a team which can perform under pressure, they have the talent in their players, but, they're sometimes arrogant and they depend on their skills too much, that happened to them against KT, they just drafted a comp they wanted and they didn't care about the rest, while, KT picked champs to counter their draft and plan. Meanwhile against KZ, while for the most part, the match looked close, the decisive calls from part of RW got them the victory, LCK teams are never ready for those engages, even within the LCK. RNG destroyed the Korean macro by having a strong laning phase and they snowballed through that along with the jungle, while AFs had no plan to engage in fights, until, they finally got caught and they just lost. At Asian Games, the national Chinese team outclassed the national Korean team, countering the classic 1-3-1 and splitpush of Korea with their engages and teamfighting skills, just like RNG did against KZ at Rift Rivals and although, Letme was doing bad against Kiin at the beginning of the final, he later managed to make Kiin useless for his own team, they were on the lane, but, none of them were doing much for their teams, Kiin wasn't going to do anything proactive, other than splitpushing and Letme just got into that dance and he kept him in the lane, it was an interesting thing to see from part of Letme. China didn't have a good performance in the group stage, but, that helped them to fix their problems and then they performed better and better in the semifinals and final. Isn't one of the greatest things to do for a team in League of Legends? Adapting and improving within a same tournament? Yes, it is! So, why to hate on KZ for Rift Rivals or everything else, when the LCK themselves went 3-6 against the LPL in the head-to-head record there and LPL greatly performed better than the LCK overall the whole year.
I never blamed KZ. I just want new teams to be at world. Im sick of seeing only these same (about 10) people again and again in world from LCK. And I think GRF and AFS deserve a chance.

I was all about a GRF victory, because I love their teamfights and their players, but I'm glad KT won with such an epic move, unlike game 4 where it was just a back and forth base rush.
IMO most ezreal games I have seen across EU, NA and LCK (the 3 regions I watch) ezreal struggles to do consistent damage in teams fights, he's a wait to lose sorta champ, at full build i think he offers the least out of all the adcs in the game!!!!!!!!!!
Ez doesn't play like other ADCs, he does more damage before and after the fight than others, and he accels at poke, more like a mage. With double tear his ult is a great tool and he scales far better than Varus or Draven, about equal to Xayah, and he has the safest lane with a ton of harass.
And he is able to push sidelanes with his ult without actually going to the creeps which doesnt seem that big of a deal but can be super important in the later stages of the game when pushing sidelanes can give you an edge over the opponent who at some point has to answer them.
Moving back and forth doesn’t really correlate with Galio’s E. Galio is a dash, so it’s the same as every champion with a dash, like Ezreal’s E. People use them to dodge skill shots without moving back and forth. But moving back and forth is about positioning. So you aren’t in one place, and making it harder to predict if you will walk forwards or backwards, or up and down, when they use a skill shot against you. Moving back and forth is suppose to keep your senses sharp so you can side step skill shots, but bad players don’t know that and move back and forth but still get hit with skill shots.

MrBahki yeah, the irony of what Some Body said, although, that happened 2 times in 2013, Samsung Ozone won in Spring and SKT T1 #2 in Summer, both teams had 2 players with experience and the other 3 were rookies, similar to Griffin, although, those SSO and SKT players were complete rookies, Champions Korea Spring 2013 was their 1st tournament ever, the online qualifier of Bo1s aside, meanwhile the rookies from Griffin, Tarzan, Viper and Chovy already played a long league of Bo3s on stage with long time of preparation and Bo5 promotions in Spring 2018 and they also played in the KeSPA Cup, except Chovy, the other 3 already have 2 years of playing in the CK and Sword 3 years and he even played 1 year in Turkey's TCL.
