Love your information, it's helped me A LOT... My story is this. (Harry) I started fasting with my Keto diet due to a heart bypass and a heart attack I then went vegan for 6 years and went keto about 2 years ago... I went keto because I had a heart attack in the 6th year of being a vegan so we switched over to keto which not only cleared out my arteries but also healed the damaged part of my heart, this included fasting with an 8 hr eating window. It's amazing and if you have health problems you should at least try it.

Thanks Dr for your continue assistance in educating the mass. It all start in the gut. As a therapist and health coach, I always begin by looking at my clients gut health and stress levels. Usually says a lot about a person’s situation. The health industry does not benefit from introducing education on lifestyle changes for good health so of course they would not make this a priority.

Ronesh is super intelligent and knows it all....Therefore he talks a lot and leaves little room for Mark to elaborate on the point .....
Ronesh leaves no stone unturned and directs this interview with a strong presentation and reacts to what Mark says when he realizes that he could stir it up.... Mark is quite subdued and that is unusual...
Ronesh is a VERY analytical person and nothing gets past him......He should have been a homicide detective....to nail the criminals.....but he still is a gem in nutrition.....like Mark is as well.

I have always been health conscious of my diet and vitamin/lifestyle. I have been pre-diabetic for 19 years. I have followed a low carb/ keto diet for 4 years. I have seen an Intergrated Health doctor and followed her diet and my test have come back good with improvement. My body mass is a 30 and I have lost 16 lbs now at 130 lbs. What diet, exercise, vitamins, are good to lessen the unchanged vicarial fat of 12% . Could you do a video on how to reduce/eliminate visceral fat. Thank you.

I've believed this since the beginning because I'd already learned so much from Dr. Hyman and others. Now is there some diet and lifestyle change that would help Dr. Hyman not look like a homeless person? LOL oh, that look is fashionable? Ugh! If I didn't already know him I' doubt I would have clicked on this video.

this is so stupidly rediculously obvious that every doctor needs to hand back their MD and quit...now we retrain a whole new generation of medical "professionals" that only start with diet to cure disease....

@@Soapgirl64 oh it's beyond stupid..there should be required "follow up training" for all MDs that focus on that ...most are too smug, arrogant to ever "learn again"...stood on a practice golf tee one day, heard Dr complaining about having diabetic neuropathy...I told him it was caused by poor diet and alcoholism...you can imagine his reaction...I responded "well I'll be the one playing 18 holes today", while he could barely move....

@@realimagevanity2289 It seems you are the one confusing the term " vegetarian" with plant based , it was rather the cholesterol & excessive oil content of their diets that caused them so much problems with Covid , and b.t.w i eat twice , sometimes three times more rice than that the average Indian does !!! , and twice the amount of bread whether it's whole wheat or white bread for all of my life and i haven't caught The Flu in over 15 years and never caught Covid despite being out in public all the time / vaccinee free / mask free in busy street walks and downtown restaurants bars before they force them all to enforce this Vaccine Pass Policy , so a high starch content has nothing to do with a weaker immune system !! especially if you eat your vegetables regularly !!! , or maybe use their powdered form , especially in your breakfast before you head out !
