The question should be, will birla survive the competition? Everywhere i see everything is stacked up against asian and berger, what if asian and berger destroy birla opus. They have done this before, they have chased away international biggies. And i know birla won't make a mark. Selling cheap is not they way ahead in business.
Definitely, pricing cannot be the only differentiator and from what I know the quality of Birla Opus Paint is not as seemless as Asian Paint's but you see comparing the expertise of a newbie with an old player also doesn't make sense. I am pretty sure that with the positive cashflow that Grasim has, it has the resources to invest in R&D as well to come up with quality improvements as well. Also, do remember, this is not a recommendation video, it is for educational purpose only. So do your own research before making any investment.
Birla is not cheaper bro ! They have better products n quality than asianpaints & berger ! Grasim Industries in one of leading industry in india ! They will be no-2 plyaer in paint industries within 2-3 years !

Pidilite won't be a player in the paint business. They are not here to compete in paints, its not easy to do so otherwise they would have done it way ahead. They will keep strengthening their position in adhesives so that no other company as stupid as birla try to enter, and even if anyone does they will eat them for breakfast and spit em out

Pidilite adhesive me king he paint me unko koi nai puchega bhai 😂 5-6 product leke aya he HAISHA nam se they will fail in paint business… Birla will definitely will be no.2 player within 3 year …as i am dealer of both paint companies we know who added more values in our business so we focused more on birla than asianpaints !
