@@anantjain5528Your comment seems disingenuous. Many male scientists were helped by their wifes. Einstein's wife translated his thesis and helped him with publishing his work as he was a busy patent clerk, and Hawking's wife wrote his paper as he was paralyzed. Do you know their wifes?

@@anantjain5528it was Pierre who made sure that Marie received the credit she deserved for her contributions to their research. When they were nominated for the 1903 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, along with Henri Becquerel, Marie was included in the nomination. However, while it was processed by the Nobel committee, she was left out and the award was going to be given just to Pierre and Henri. When Pierre learned this, he contacted the Nobel committee to clarify that Marie deserved the award as much as he did. All three of them received the award.

We were learning her story. I was impressed by her struggle for knowledge as a woman in a society that refused to educate girls.
Unfortunately, now there is no scientist whose story is told to the youth of this time, and respect for scientists is lacking, as they prefer the player and the singer-dancer over the doctor, inventor, and scientist.
