- Let's take a trip to Ingoldmells. The UK version of Las Vegas! Excited to get out and take a look around but unfortunately it doesn't live up to our expectations. We did find a really cool indoor part to Fantasy Island though and some much needed bird feeders. It's almost time for a BBQ!

Mazz is getting cabin fever,take her out out
Mazzy ask Dan to drop you off at a bus stop and go off to Skeggy its fab to have time out alone ❤ and pick you up when you get off the bus xxx
We love Skeggy once a year we go camping there, we always spend a day shopping for our bargain clothes in fantasy island and we buy rides fir my grandaughter on the kiddies rides she loves it we spend an afternoon there and have a bloomy good day out in the sun end up eating n a bar drink outside

Looked fun at skeggy never been in my life but yes great for everybody some good eating places and focaccia is Italian bread they looked very similar to the ones I used to buy in Morrison’s
Dan please don't bother birds by putting camera in box they might leave nest. Put one of your many cameras looking at the activity of them going in and out and watching them fledge would be brilliant. Keep up the good work.
Yes that was my concern too, because if they were disturbed they would just abandon the nest box and that would be a shame.
Don't forget it's only just coming back into season when I was on holiday there 5 weeks ago everything was just starting back open and getting ready when it's summer time it will be really busy I didn't want to come back home to Manchester

I fancy Gibraltar point, saw that campsite warden went, also theres the seal sanctuary, I would be there!! And a few car museums in lincolnshire... So much besides the seaside days out

Glad you guys got out for a bit 🥰 Dan is very similar to my husband, not liking being around people and busy places, my husband has severe social anxiety but recently has really started pushing himself and come to a concert with me, he did amazing (he did have to find a quiet space for a bit) which is fine but it just shows you

I used to love feeding the Birds,Bagers and Foxes but stopped when I worked out how much I was spending/spent. It was four figures multiplied by years=frightening. lol

Dan talking about coke, I was watching some people on the news who do wild swimming in rivers.. they said they drink Diet Coke to kill germs from polluted water 😮 Oh my car clock will be the right time now 😂 They don’t normally move coffins, even when they take away the stones.
Surprised you'd never been into the Fantasy Island area, I love it there! It's one of the few remaining free entry amusement parks out there. Sadly many others, including Blackpool Pleasure Beach, are now pay-on-entry.
There are some really good rides in that indoor area, you should have a go on Seaquarium one day, I think they let you film on ride too actually (and it's not a thrill ride, just a fun experience)
I've also never really gotten into those kind of markets. Used to be one in Blackpool (bonny street), now been demolished and no big loss if you ask me, as you say it's all tat!
Good to see you having a day out and having a break from the site. Mazzy does like a market who doesn't you can pick up a bargain if you look around enough. Those two bird feeders look well made you wouldn't want to paying £70 for one I don't think they would last any longer.

Get ya Dan, I get overwhelmed out n about sometimes. Tried fidgets? Try some less busy places eh, maybe you should have taken the walk on the beach too, as that would have helped you recover from ingoldmels.

Dan Rooks come on my bird station & take all the feeders off & they eat everything. Every morning my bird feeders are on the lawn. Rooks are thieves 🤪
Focaccia is an Italian bread with olive oil on top with herbs, garlic, cheese and other toppings it is very tasty and highly recommended 😋
We went to Las Vegas in America, when you go into most hotels you have to go through the casino. We left our hotel at around 9-30am one morning when we went on a day trip to the Hoover dam, there were people sitting at slot machines and playing Bingo as we left. Later that day when we got back around 6pm we noticed some of those same people were still there playing the slot machines and playing Bingo. Apparently there are people that will stay there all day only leaving to go to the toilet or to eat. So I’m not surprised the Bingo was on at 9am.
We have the same thing in our garden with the Rooks, they will empty a feeder in no time, they even stand on the top of the feeder station trying to unhook the seed feeder things so they fall on the ground. They bully the small birds scaring them off, my wife has a constant battle to keep the Rooks away to give the small birds a chance.

Miss the grave yard walks. Ingoldmells is cheap and affordable for families, when Dan said you’d go abroad. I’ve been looking for next year, 3 or 4k family of 4 all inclusive. Problem with skegvagas you are certain to see someone you know. Scarborough for us. Which is where we are going next in the royal Albert, tourer is having a rest.
40k for the static was cheap. No one is buying atm.

Yes I agree we have gone to Turkey for many years over 20. And think this will be our last holiday abroad. Its costing us 4700 for 2 weeks all inclusive. Just to much hike in cost, this is without spending money and clothes, parking the car and travel insurance. I love Skegness and having a walk round the market even if I don't buy anything. Nice you got out off park just for a change of scenery xx

I get loads of rooks on my feeders ask Jp the eat all my food . I’m getting the caged feeders give the little ones a chance. Got green parrots coming in now as well cushty 👍

Nice you found out , what was eating you food on the bed feeder. Pleased mazzy got out for a break. I think the summer season started this weekend , but it doesn’t mean they will have all opened, some may have even closed down .
The home you saw was very nice, our friend had one on talking tin lakes and it’s lovely inside.
