I’ve been looking for someone as far along as I am, and I feel so connected to you! I feel so similar and also dealing with grief. Sending good energy to you, you are doing great
Oh thank you so much for watching, I'm so glad you could connect with my experience too! So so sorry to hear that you're also dealing with a loss during your pregnancy, it's just an extra emotion to add into the whirlwind isn't it? Sending good vibes your way too, thank you
The highlight of my week is watching your pregnancy journey Sam! I look forward to your next upload every time. With regards to your dad’s T-shirts and not knowing where to put them, an idea I had when my Nan passed away was I had some of her clothes made into a memory blanket. I think it would be really lovely and your daughter could use it too knowing grandad is always there with her. It’ll be like he’s giving her a cuddle every time she uses the blanket, just an idea xxx
@@dionnemccarten2140 haha oh thank you!! That's a really lovely idea 🥹 I actually had a similar thing done, we all got teddies made from all of his pairs of jeans! It's so nice to have a little souvenir made of their clothing isn't it ❤️
I'm 17 weeks pregnant. I found out i was pregnant 3 weeks after my Mama passed away. Been going thru the Rollercoaster of emotions all summer.. going thru rough days of grief. And also feeling the heights of Joy and gratefulness too. So thankful to have this pregnancy to look forward to. But also so sad that my Mama won't be able to meet the baby. :(
@@hildapatrick6359 oh my goodness, my heart breaks for you 🥺 grief is so hard, but especially when you're also undergoing a life changing event like having a baby and you can't share it with them, it's torture. But, a fabulous little fact I learned recently is that babies develop their eggs whilst still in the womb, which means that technically your mother actually carried your lovely unborn child for a short time too, so a part of your mum is in your baby, whether she's still here or not ❤️❤️
@@Samlyonmusic also I think you should DEFINITELY wear your daddies clothes during this pregnancy 💕 I lost my "father figure" during my pregnancy with me son & it was absolutely the shittiest feeling. So I feel for you.
@@tag-alongk8717 aw really 🥺 I'm so sorry to hear that. It's so difficult when the one person you wish you could share everything with isn't around anymore. Well done for getting through it though ♥️ I've started digging out dad's clothes this past week or two actually, and it is a very nice feeling ♥️
These are great to watch Sam. It brings back memories of Margaret who had a few problems when expecting Elizabeth. It is definitely worth it in the end! I am praying for the three of you plus your family!
