I know from my own experiences hanging off cliffs fishing for Ulua that food is half the enjoyment of being out doors doing what you love to do with friends.

Looks like a yummy way to prep after fishing some fresh Salmon here in Alaska... I might have to try it out this summer. Though I think I will grill it on my green egg grill, as I don't have a skottle.

Hi Marco, love your channel but as an argentinian i can’t allow u to put olive oil in the chimichurri as l saw in the Trailrecon video hahaha, we use corn or sunflower oil, a lot, and we put it over the meat when you turn it over ‘cause when it burnt become bitter.
