Hey bro Can I ask what bike did you upgrade from if you had one before ? I am currently thinking to upgrade from my RR310 to V650 since this seems the most capable bike in a friendly budget. If I keep the 310, this will be delayed, but I will mostly exchange. Your bike looks fantastic 🎉 One question, did you change your tyres or are they still stock ?
Hi, nice vlog with good information. I wanted to know, do u feel any vibration issues above 120kmph and between 4000-6000 rpms? I agree with all your top heavy, and height issues. Versys was my dream bike and i still love it. I have been chasing this bike since 2-3 years but last month, I took a practical decision (not from heart) and bought Honda NX500 due to the following reasons - service cost and maintenance is way too less (i spent 5k on 1st service for all the stuff u did) + i fixed centre stand + mobile charger + tankpad and labour cost for fixing this was rs 450 only. 2nd reason was weight and height - its as good as splendor in traffic, excellent weight management. 3rd reason - i can take it anywhere-office, traffic, grocery shopping, highways, mild offroading, no worries. 4th reason- mileage - am getting 27kmpl and i ride mostly in 110-120kmph speeds. 5th reason is spares cost - clutch lever broke so replaced it in just rs400. The only downside i have is bcoz its a 500cc engine - above 130kmph and 5500rpms, it starts vibrating a little and its a lazy bike - i mean its not aggressive puller. Want to know your views on it and your experience on versys with respect to vibes and everything.. Request you to be fair and not just mention all goody goody things about the bike bcoz u purchased it. Every bike has pros and cons.. I still love versys but due to above reasons i plunged to NX500. Its an arrange marriage rather than love marriage 😂. So may be slowly i will settle with NX 😂
Okay, so I have already mentioned some of the cons of Versys in my video. To answer your question, I have not found any roads here around Pune where I can cruise above 100 kmph yet. But I will tell you this, it's quite the opposite of you are experiencing with vibrations. Versys 650 literally opens up fully post 5000 rpm. It's as if if were restrained by the owner but it still tagged along without any complaints. Post 5000 rpm, it just wants to vanish in thin air. Personally I haven't gone above 100kmph but I have many friends in Versys community who have been riding for many years. As per them, there's no vibrations whatsoever throughout the spectrum and it reaches 150+ easily. While buying this bike, I too was in a dilemma as NX500 was just launched then and my mind was saying go for it. But practically at the price they launched it is not really justified. Cheaper accessories and labour cost is kind of already covered in the premium price one pays for the bike itself (Around 7.5 L in Pune). Moreover, I went for V650 not only because it's a robust machine (tested for all these years) but also because of the amazing Versys community. I think it's the largest superbike community present in India today with the largest road presence. So, there's so many expert opinions and customizations available specifically for V650 that pulled me closer to getting this one. But now that you have already purchased NX500, I would suggest giving it some more time and understanding it more as you ride more. It's a great machine nonetheless, it's a HONDA.
You are missing out on the best biking community in the country. Versys650 was my dream bike after I saw powerdrift's video. Like you, chased it for 2 yrs and got one. Loved it and lived with for 3 yrs and I wanted to upgrade. Got a versys 1000. Not the bike I wanted in the first place but I never wanted to part ways with the versys group.
Hi, I have recently bought a Versys 650, I feel that my gear shifting is very stiff and hard. it's just run around 500 kms. My first service is still pending. Have you faced something like this while gear shifting ?
@@hardik635 Normally gear shift in Versys is on the stiffer side for everyone. It’s just a Versys thing you’ll have to live with. First gear is the most stiffest, other gears are little better but had to put on gear lever shoe protector and it still punches my woodland shoes making a small ditch in the toe area.

Hello, You mentioned about customization. Is there a chance to put some off-road capability tyres. Have you seen one ?

Brake pad of 500x is expensive. Cost me 5500 for the front brake pad in cb500x
Hi! Could you please share the list of accessories that you have on and their price? Thank you in advance!
@@djchav6 I’ve installed Hepco Becker crash guards (27k), Barkbuster handle guards (around 15k), RAM mount phone grip (10k).
Which Mount
That’s a full size RAM mount.
The sales and service unit is in the same building?
