Burning, crackling wood is a lovely asmr sound. Howling wind or rain on a tent and rain on a car roof are my other favourites. They send me right off to sleep. My partner used to think I was mad, she didn't get it at all. Another great video and a cosy little bothy. I would love to hike in the heart of the Highlands and spend a night in a really remote bothy at some point this year.
I love the sunshine but there's something atmospheric about being on a loch side with mist all around , thanks for sharing , Elle , so glad you got the place to yourself , cosy fire , a good book and some toasted marshmallows , simple pleasures , but perfect 🤩
ha ha well if I waited for good weather I would never get outside 😹 Yes, it does add to the feeling of coziness and the atmosphere of the place! Especially when the landscape is so rugged!

I'll to sleep here Friday. I'll go up with a tent just in case people are there. It’s fri. Saturday Aber Falls and another mountain, don't know which one yet😂 Sun another waterfall and mountain. One of nights I'll go back to Cadair Idris and swim and wash in the lake. I'll stay clean at the waterfalls. Could share a good mountain? If you haven't seen it have a look at my waterfall slip🤦🏻🤣 It's on a short. Hope you are refreshed after your log cabin break. It looked awesome 👋

Or a yurt would be great like in one of your last videos ☺️

That could have been a damp cold night but that fireplace made it look very warm and cozy! That little newt buddy hanging out was really cool. They are a sign of a good clean ecosystem when you see amphibians around. Well done!

I might poop my pants a little, I'll try to be a brave soldier 😁 It was this vid that make me realise I can and should do it. I'll have a wild swim there too.
