Gachagua is not tribal. He was talking about Mt. Kenya. Mt. Kenya has Maasai in Laikipia, Kamba in Masinga, Kikuyus, Meru, Somali, Meru, Embu, Mbeere,Tharaka etc. How was he tribal ?. This accusation cannot hold water in a court of law.
We will witness lots of legal arguments in this Gachagua case, but the stark reality is it's an exercise in futility. Hypothetically, if Gachagua is reinstated how will he work in harmony with the president, who initiated his impeachment?
What law requires them to work in harmony?
You lose the point... The fight is for the rule of law... That no president will just be sleeping waking up and says .. I don't like my deputy parliament, Senate kick him out .. Gather together false evidence .. Destroy this one .... Even Uhuru worked with the DP who apparently wanted him dead.
Gashagua must go home even if he wins the because who will work with after all,,senate,parliament and the presidency have no faith in him.He must vacate the office no matter what!
