This was great. I especially liked seeing what's on the menus. The breakfast items for the main dining hall are just what I like (happy to see things like corned beef hash and strawberry shortcake). As nice as the Murano appears to be (and I've heard many reviewers say it was the best specialty restaurant on the ship), it's not my cup of tea since it's so fancy I don't even know what half the items are (and I don't like to experiment when I have to pay extra). Love the look of the buffet and the surrounding area. It's disappointing to hear the Tuscan Grille isn't that great because I love Italian food, especially chicken parmesan and/or steak. The rest of the ship looks absolutely spectacular! Thanks for a great tour. I'm taking the Celebrity Eclipse soon and can't wait!
Hello Martin. Thanks for the email. It varies from ship to ship and right now I think they are charging $60 pp. On the app you’ll have my top producer or your elite discount if you qualify! ;)
Hi Martin. You’re so welcomed. If you let me handle it for you, I can add a $50 onboard credit and put you in our value tracker. Did you deposit it within 30 days? gari.senderoff@cruiseplanners.com
Hi ive never been on celebrity solstice and any tips and hints would be appreciated im looking at a cruise from singapore to hong kong in 2024 , i live in Australia
You mean the 19th right? I'm on that one too. What kind of deal did you get? We got a Veranda with the basic drink package and wifi included for just over 3k. At the time I thought it wasn't a great deal but I think prices only went up from there.
@@dr.dookiestein7205 I get group rates. We had the deluxe Verandah with all included (same as you) and it was $2285. We get private group rates at times with lower rates OR additional amenities.

Ok because I am considering a nine day to Hawaii trip but my mom is elderly 87 with some issues as far as health and I want medical people on broad even tho my sisters are nurse that want to go.
@@dellar.russell9933I wouldn’t suggest going if she has serious health issues. While they have amazing facilities aboard, it’s not a fully operational ER (God-forbid). It depends on what ailments she has and how serious they are.
Gari, I’d like to cruise on Virgin Voyages, but only from the West Coast so I can drive to the ship just like you do in Hollywood, FL. How soon will Virgin have a ship out here so we can avoid giving our travel money to a state run by a dictator. In California, we believe in freedom and equality for all. Thanks! Rick
VV is my next one - in 2 days but we have to fly to Miami. There is nothing on the books for Virgin out of Los Angeles anytime in the near future. This Solstice was out of LA doing Mex Riv. I am from Florida originally and have a second home there and that’s where my agency is though. :). Los Angeles is home for me
If Florida is such a dictatorship why don't you already live in California? Just curious? It seems like that would be a better fit? If you answer too expensive or taxes then you are part of the problem.
@@nancpanc1 hi - not sure what you’re getting at. I actually live in CA. Where are you getting anything about dictatorship from this video? What a bizarre comment on my ship video. I’m from FL but did my residency in CA and live here for the last several years.

I am wondering how much is the Le Petite Chef cost per person ?

I was on the ship in the middle of June 2024 to Alaska. The pizza at 15:17 looks ordinary, but it's really delicious. Great video by the way.
Thanks for the lovely comment! Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for the great tour as always!!
You bet!🎉
Thank you very much for the video Dr we are on this vessel 🚢 in October

Looks great my wife and I booked for May 15 Alaska. I think we got a decent deal.

When did you cruise on the Solstice?
April 08-15, 2023. VV is my next one in 2 days transatlantic - they won’t have anything from LA - at least not on the books for now.
