Let’s be real, we don’t have the funds or flash to travel like rockstars. But even if we weren't washed up and cash strapped, the ultimate way to experience a city is on foot.
Forget about cars, buses & trains, we love how daily life unfolds with each step, block, and neighborhood, as we see the soul of a city come alive. Not to mention the real reason why we travel; the food!
Walking means we get to indulge in local cuisine, guilt-free. We mean, double the steps means double the tacos, right?
Staying on foot is how we stay humble and hungry. And for Mexico City, the walk has to be epic.
