    Dan Conley's kick return is forever one of the greatest plays of all time. The definition of not giving up. Full effort. Anyone can make something happen and he did. Legendary.

      I think that that is also exactly true of Larry Allen's takedown. You can see he is absolutely exhausted immediately after that play with him getting up. He pushed himself beyond his limit with his incredible athleticism and spirit

    I’d love to see a series of “Linemen helping runners” where they push a runner forward for a 1st down or Touchdown. I absolutely LOVE that!

      When I was a RB in HS and college that was the worst part of being a ball carrier. You knew on goal line and short yardage plays at least one of your linemen were going to ram you in the back and pushed for more yardage. Sometimes it was more than one.
      Not enjoyable but it did the job in helping move the pile.

      @@fredricksmith-something.2125 Luckily my team ran the wishbone almost exclusively and as the strong side halfback, I did more blocking and pass-catching. I have shoved a few receivers forward for a few yards tho. LoL I can just imagine the misery of having one of these huge lineman blowing into you.

    I still think that Larry Allen’s is the most under-appreciated speed play in NFL history. It’s like the DK play made by a lineman. Sure, DK’s covered the entire field, but for a man over 300 lbs. to make that happen is nothing short of amazing. Absolutely incredible.

      I know I used to see him twice a season playing the Eagles. He was the only lineman that could match up against Reggie.

    Lineman are the most under appreciated position i swear. those pulls and pass blocks require speed and strength. To manipulate their body to work like that is incredible considering their size.

      Yeah? As a Fins fan, I'm mad Robert Hunt's attempt wasn't eligible... yes, he shouldn't have had the ball in the first place, since he caught the pass intended for Gaskin, but still... amazing run regardless. But Connolly shoulda had that touchdown. Seems the NFL Commission doesn't like fun. lol

    Linemen are so underappreciated, especially O linemen. I think people forget how freaking athletic these guys are. Most of these 300+ pound guys could beat most people in a 50 yard dash.

      facts, some of these lineman can run a sub 5 second 40 yard dash at 300 plus pounds, I can't even run that fast at 180 lbs

    I like seeing the big guys carrying the ball properly, even when they get it so rarely. Whether it's with two hands in front preparing to get hit or starting with that and then swapping it to one side for more speed when you turn the corner. The Connolly run is a perfect example.

    I play football I'm an offensive tackle and nose guard starting both and this video sent chills down my spine because of the amount of work these men put in and this should be a reminder that anything is possible

    I really appreciate you showing and pointing out the linemen just blocking people into the dirt and doing their job. As a former o and d lineman, it is underrated how little acknowledgement is given to the linemen just doing their job, and are only seen when the once in a blue moon play happens whee they are the star

    It’s always fun watching a big guy make a big play, because they don’t score TDs all that often(Taylor Decker, Lions LT, has 2 of them), but watching them block a smaller guy into oblivion is great too. It’s like watching someone get hit by a train, but without the destruction.

    You notice how, after the first one or two defenders get trucked trying to tackle one of these behemoths, they quickly switch tactics by all swarming him together and trying to knock the ball out.
