Hi so basically her E6 makes it so her skill applies more of her own CRIT DMG to an ally, and the boost will apply only when an ally has Cipher (her buff from ult) and if any ally already has the Cipher buff when using her skill, the skill buff (and the extra 30% CRIT DMG scaling) will be applied to all teammates not just one. I hope this helps!

@dmontes9552 u have to skill buff , the e6 only says if ur allies have cipher (ult buff ) and any of ur unit has the skill buff from sparkle active , then all allies(with cipher) in ur team get the crtdmg buff
