6 stasis charges spawn in various places across the map when superstructure integrity reaches 25%. 2 are dropped off by a train, 2 are teleported in next to the PES ports, 1 spawns in a big room full of shipping containers connected to the reactor hall and the ravine, and 1 spawns in a supply closet in a small room found near the bridge leading into the core chamber. When they spawn in you need to bring 1 each to all 6 stasis charge ports found around the reactor hall, underneath the stabilizer tubes, which will open up once the countdown for inserting the charges begins. All 6 charges must be fully inserted before the timer ends for the meltdown to be stopped. Once the timer ends, a Core Purge will begin that will have a 75% chance of success. Once the core is successfully purged you will recieve one of the map's two possible endings.
Oh what a coincidence, just played the map, still exploring it but I got to say that reactor startup was spectacular!
