I'm a 26 year truck driver and was rear-ended by a trucker from Canada when I was almost stopped for traffic and a Canadian trucker rear-ended me doing 70mph watching movies. I can't sue him because no lawyer would take up the case because Canadian insurance is issued through the Canadian government. The lawyers said there was only a 50 50 percent chance that the Canadian government would take up the case. So the state tried sueing on my behalf and was shot down by the Canadian government. I now have a messed up hip and neck probably for life. Canadians shouldn't be allowed to drive in America unless their trucks and loads are seized and the driver is imprisoned until all fines and tickets are paid and if they cause an accident, they should be imprisoned and equipment and load until after the lawsuits are taken up by their government.
