    Thank you for taking the time to make this video and to reply to viewers questions, it has been very interesting and informative to watch and to read the comments and replies.
    Of the type, size and price this brand and model seems to be the best quality, there were some truly dreadful reviews from buyers of a cheaper brands 24 litre silent, oil free model.

      You know that I had problems finding reviews for this compressor. I hate review video's with intro's outro's and a lot of bullshit talking. The important thing for me was if it was silent enough, and how long I can do with 8 Bar until it went on again.

    Had mine about a month now, used it quite a few times. I bought the smaller Hyundai 8 litre one instead of the 24 litre and mounted it on a small shelf next to the electrical socket in the garage. Very very pleased with it. 100% recommend this over a noisy one. I don’t need the bigger volume for what I want and the small size/portability makes up for it.

      @@bobthebuilder8841 sorry but I genuinely don’t know, I have never personally used one. I use the compressor all the time, did my brake pads last week, even for bizarre jobs like cleaning out the Dyson vacuum cleaner filters and stuff. It’s amazing piece of kit. As long as you don’t expect too much from it I reckon it would work fine, maybe one nail every few seconds rather than bang, bang, bang you know what I mean.

      Assuming you have power going to the unit: If the pressure on the big gauge reads 7 bar or about 100 psi the tank is fully charged and the motor won't run. If the red button is not pulled up the machine won't start, it's a bit stiff to pull up. If there is definitely power reaching the machine and the big gauge reads as low as about 66 psi or 4.5 bar the triggering pressure may not quite have been reached to restart the compressor. If that's the case try bleeding down some air from the bleed valve under the tank until lower than 60 psi and the unit should start, close the valve again and the motor should run until the pressure switch stops it at about 100 psi. Hope that helps. Take your time. Work in logical steps. Try another tool in your electrical outlet. My Hyundai compressor shows a red light only when the machine is running otherwise the light is off. Cycle the power by pulling the plug. Check your fuse or breaker. You and those close by should wear safety glasses or goggles. Use lightweight safety gloves. Ear protection is always recommended as many air tools are much noisier than this compressor.

    i think It takes a tad long time to fill, i think i will keep looking. i was looking at the 50l version of this, that must take even longer. very informative video, the guys selling this product would never show/tell you this.

    What does that second gauge do? and the screw down black plastic knob with the red ring? Thanks 🙏

    • @com2ghz
      @com2ghz  Год назад

      Left gauge shows the pressure of the tank. Right gauge shows the pressure between the valve(plastic knob with red ring) and the air gun.
      So you can adjust how much pressure you want to allow.

    How does the air regulator works?

    • @com2ghz
      @com2ghz  3 года назад +1

      On 0:15 you see that black rotary knob above the red thingy. You can turn that and set the pressure you desire. When you blow the air, you will see in the right gauge the pressure after the regulator. The left gauge will show you the pressure in the tank.
      Unfortunately in the video I did not present it. There it was fully open on 8 bar.

    • @com2ghz
      @com2ghz  3 года назад +1

      I think so. Depends also on your usage. I think it is a good idea to get a 24L version if you plan to buy a low noise compressor. So you won’t overheat the compressor. And it won’t turn on quickly.

      @@com2ghz Dont forget to connect your blue hose in the airfilter, you gain 7 db less noise ;)...Vergeet niet je (blauwe?) slangetje in de lucht filter te doen, scheel weer 7 db ;)

    • @xinixxagnix201
      @xinixxagnix201 3 года назад

      Ik had vandaag binnen gehad en dacht dat er wat stuk was, normaal zit er bij dat oranje dopje een ring om lucht uit te laten lopen, maar nu zie ik bij jou compressor dat je hetzelfde heb, dus ook geen ring wat wel op de oudere modellen zat nog zoals bij HBM te zien is. (een tacker/bradnailer gaat prima, genoeg power en kan ongeveer 30 nagels schieten voor die weer aanslaat, maar qua geluid nu geen probleem meer) haha ik typ nu wel Nederlands omdat je compressor ook een NL plaatje hebt , dus neem aan dat je uit NL of BE komt)

    • @com2ghz
      @com2ghz  3 года назад +1

      @@xinixxagnix201 denk dat het ventiel aan de onderkant voldoende is om lucht eruit te laten lopen. Je zal we merken dat er snel genoeg water in gaat verzamelen. Ik laat hem ook altijd netjes leeglopen uit dat ventiel beneden.
      Had laatst even dat slangetje aangesloten en hij wordt merkbaar stiller ja.
      Met 30 nagels is het wel goed man. Denk dat als je de 6L versie had dat hij na 5 nietjes constant zou draaien. Zo’n budget low noise kan daar echt niet tegen. Zeker niet als je dat ook nog eens ieder dag zou doen.

    How do you like it?

    • @com2ghz
      @com2ghz  3 года назад +1

      I'm happy with it. Since I live in an urban area my requirements were that it must be silent. I can even turn it on in the evening without having that much noise. I use this compressor to blow out dust and fill the tyres of my motorcycle.
      All (cheap/oilfree) silent compressors have one thing in common, that it's not suitable for a high workload since there is a lot of heat generated. Also it takes a longer time to get pressure since both motors run on lower RPM's. Usually in review video's you don't see this.
      24L is large enough for my use. I would not recommend using a smaller one like 6L.

    • @com2ghz
      @com2ghz  3 года назад +2

      Thats the problem with reviewing noise through a phone/camera since it’s based on the volume of your device.
      The microphone focuses and amplifies the sound.
      Also in this video I forgot to add the small hose on the filter.
