Always liked this song since I was a kid. Really like the Disturbed cover so I figured I'd test out my new AT4040 microphone with it.
Recorded this 3 times and comped the best takes.
Looking into getting a better camera and setup for future videos

Very beautiful cover and you really did with power and everything. But think that removing in the middle of each stanzas ("and the words that it was forming ", for example) is definitely not a good choice cos it breaks the rhythm of the song and melody is also affected by that. Try to respect the song (technically I mean ^^). Even though great voice and great job dude :)
At first I was loving this cover, then I heard it. Take this for what it is worth as I have no doubt we listen to this song in different ways. Personally this is a song that needs a pure power behind it. No effects, like echo's. Heck I think it would be one of the few that just people singing it, no band or anything, would be a true shiver down your back every time, if done right. But that is just me. Still an amazing voice and you sing it very well.
