    You should definitely peel of the labels on the organizers to make it extra neat. If you have trouble with the glue I can recommend pouring hot water over the label this will soften up the glue but not damage the plastic.

    • @reynardlowell
      @reynardlowell  3 года назад +29

      Yeah definitely. I peeled them after shooting the video. Thanks for the advice, I've had trouble with some containers in the fridge leaving glue marks, will definitely try this out!

    I can't tell you how incredibly helpful and inspiring ALL of your videos are. Especially this one (and the one how you show the various types of lighting in order to make your apartment feel cosy). I literally went out that weekend to buy storage boxes and organisers for my place, exactly the same ones as you've shown in this video. I feel so much more organised and tidy. Thank you! It's obvious the amount of effort and time you've put into these videos. Don't stop, fantastic job.

    I’ve had good luck with sticky labels when I just peeled them back super slowly (try for a meditative state). My husband prefers blow-drying the labels for easy removal. Anyway, if you have a bit of residual glue on the plastic, rub in some cooking oil (meditate again) and wipe off the glue.

    I love those plastic drawers! Had no idea that Muji sold them! I've been buying them from eBay but Muji seems to have a good variety of sizes based off you video! Great organisation video ! Great production value and very informative!

    • @reynardlowell
      @reynardlowell  3 года назад +3

      Yeah they do have multiple sizes available. I find the build to be better than most clear drawers I've got, and it's always nice to have it stackable. Just unfortunate they don't sell it online here in Australia, have to go get them in store but I guess it's worth it in the end 😃

      @@raia9 you can buy them from Muji stores, Kmart stores, big W stores, Bunnings stores or even online such as eBay. You should check the dimensions of your space before buying

    Love the idea of the string bag for dirty cleaning cloths! I’ve been trying to figure a solution and had 2 buckets, one for microfibre and one for other fabric, but there’s not enough ventilation in a bucket to leave cloths in there till I get enough for a load. I’m getting the string bag solution 👍👍

    • @reynardlowell

    Hello Reynard, RUclips suggest me your ‘Minimalist Apartment Tour’ and I was impressed how organised and yet cozy your apartment was. It looks so well put together! Really great job. I like the way you produce your videos. Very calm, interesting and with a lot of ideas.
    I have problems with my work room. It’s my desk, a piano and an IKEA book shelf. The feeling is not right and it feels like there is no space for the normal office things. Do you want to have a look? Maybe you have 1-2 ideas I could incorporate to it.
    Many regards from Berlin

    I enjoy your videos. The Muji. fitted perfectly on your shelf. I was last in that store in November 2019, (just before Covid lockdown) and I liked those so much I was wondering if they would be useful for one of my cupboards. They were a bit expensive if I recall but a very sturdy and attractive product. So many things I wanted to buy there.
    I hope you took the labels off. They should come off easily but if there’s still any glue left you could use eucalyptus oil on it. Works great for stubborn Blu Tack or chewing gum too btw. I was surprised you still have labels on your washing machine too.

    Hi. I'm wondering if you have any tips for storage and organizing when you can't physically reach the cabinets? I am not very tall, so I have this issue reaching the cabinets in the laundry room and in the kitchen. In the laundry room I can barely reach over the appliances to the first shelf and in the kitchen I can only reach the first shelf.
