Gorgeous! At the beginning when Dolly's feet clanked together, I was worried they'd break!

They're actually fairly sturdy and it always sound worse than the "collision" of porcelain does to the doll itself.

I think a bonnet and maybe some matching shoes or boots would look good for her.

She does have painted shoes but I've been thinking about a bonnet. The porcelain hair makes it hard to get bonnets to stay but I'm willing to give it another go!

Her silk dress is beautiful! Also, thank you for telling me about Fabric Mart. I was able to get a couple of yards of clearance wool fabric for future doll projects. 🧡💙 Now I have to find some silk!

Yay! I saw their wool sale I guess it was last week? I almost bought some but I still have about 3 wool dress lengths I still haven't used so I remained strong and held off buying more. I'm glad you got some!

I wouldn't mind doing a boy one if I can find a good doll for that. I don't mind kids playing with this one because she's a reproduction but I haven't seen anyone make reproduction porcelain boy dolls and I wouldn't want children playing with an original.
