Excellent review. That's a powerful bike !!! ☺️👍
Very nice review! Thank you! Btw, It would be nice to see a video explaining how to use voltage since there is none that I know of 😊
You just have to get a hold of a Juiced Jet Current! Love to know what you think!!!
Great review. Around where do you live? Pittsburgh area?
Nice review. That’s the bike for my wife, she’s 5 ft no need to add suspension post. Have to look into.
The minimum seat height on this bike without a suspension seatpost is about 1.25” lower than the Ocelot pro with a suspension post. If you were not using a suspension post in either the Ocelot pro would be 1.75” lower than this bike.
We love our 2 Ocelot Pros. IF they had the Deer back when we bought the Ocelots, would have opted for the Deer. The SR Suntour Seat Post does really help with the non suspension bike. Range sems to have dropped. Get around 30 miles before battery % is in the teens. Haven't figured out how to work with battery voltage instead of %. I pretty much leave mine in 5th gear all the time and use the throttle and PAS 3.
You can find a voltage chart on the net for 52v battery. 100%= 58.8V, 80%=55.4v, 65%=52.9v, 50%=50.4v, 20%=45.4v and at 42v your battery is completely drained. You can also set each bar in the voltage menu.
@@susy0360 Thanks. I'll have to give that a try.
Its nice the Deer frame design seem to be propriety to Magicycle. ive never seen it anywhere else.
what bike would you recomend that is long range and not over 75 pounds, ideal bellow 70, with suspension and rack
That 0 mode is an amazing option. Also like that max speed is available in all pedal assist levels.
I personally prefer my throttle is linked to the pedal assist levels, i like it as some places i wanna cruise at 20mph and not the full 30. My ebike now has it unlinked and the throttle seems to be too finnicky to go 20mph it either does power or no power
@@not_so_native_native Don't twist the throttle as much if you want to go slower. With all time max speed available the throttle always works the same which is a plus. Kinda like the gas pedal in your car.
@@gimpman1357 i think my throttle is literally just an off/on throttle or just so worn it either gives me all power or none, or maybe im not pressing it soft enough haha
Do you have problem it go pass 25mph? I set speed limits to 28mph. But ass soon it hit 25mph power cut off. Do you guy have this problem?
Is their any kind of peddling resistant. ? I would like to buy this bike but iam use to torque sensor so iam not sure if i will like Candace. Any input will be appreciated
Yes you can change the power output of each level in the display settings and just keep the assist turned down, which will give you more resistance on the pedals however, with the current Freewheel that is on the bike once you reach higher speeds, it will be hard to maintain resistance unless you change it to an 11 to 28 freewheel which I plan on doing. It’s not a very expensive upgrade but makes it a lot better for peddling at high speeds. I made a few other videos showing the difference when changing the freewheel if you’re interested check this out. If you do decide to order this bike, please consider using my link to help support the channel and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
Iam not sure if I can use the link because iam canadian but I will give it a try .thanks so much
No problem
Turn the shock around then you’ll be able to adjust it when it’s on the bike!
You should yank out that controller. Must be 28-30 amp
does this had the dreaded step through wobble?
I haven’t noticed any
If those pieces never really need to come off maybe you could use gorilla glue. They will never come off after that. 😂
4.2.24😮
You'll probably never get an Ariel Rider Kepler to try..Still a fast bike for $1,800-$1,900
