Hmm... I happen to be reminded of an indie game made by someone you've most likely worked with: BFDIA 5b.
It was an extremely simple platformer with the goal of guiding an alliance to escape Evil Leafy. However, time constraints made the game unfinished to this day, especially due to Flash being out of date.
So I have one question for you, Emily. Do you have what it takes to finish this game and potentially even remaster it to work with modern browsers? Hell, you can even port it to Steam (including Linux support, because fuck Windows amirite?) if you really feel like it.
Tell Cary and Michael about this and maybe they'll work with you on making this game complete.

a lot of us do want/prefer simpler finished games, cheaper and at a quicker time than the opposite.. years to make, expensive, buggy, it's proven to not hold up for very long at the end.... it may reach a "top goty" but, long term idk...skyrim was carried by its modders, not developers so much.
but I feel as if the billionaire game devs are pressured to do these things backward.. because "they have the profit" and gamers are a very diverse community as a whole, a large portion will complain if they take the short route saying they're lazy making stuff without the amazing assets.. not sure if doing both simpler and bigger games is an option

oh good products that are as equally irresistable as unsatisfying. the temporal scope of the human mark may not supercede the scope of whatever ('apron lodge bubba') interests. let the buyer beware never stoped being a thing.
it's not really fair, but our and childrens' attention is something i'd separate from the set of those easily able to issue product. once you see what they do in their filthy lodges. diy or ride.
