Looks great 👍 but you may want to have them teach you how to weld aluminum with a small welder you can have with you in the middle of nowhere just in case 🤔⛵️

6am even 5 am, no prizes for guessing what I'm doing at that time. Messing with the bracing, try that at sea I dare you 🙂.... that's a thought are you taking a TIG welder with you on your voyage? and some sheet aluminium, various shapes and sizes (I've seen your videos I would take a few - girl crew and all - whoops now I'm in trouble).
Sebastian seems like a great candidate for sure but the shut down part Idk if that'd be a good thing comes Emergency time .a 7 out of 10

@@More_Row No, I'm not a welder myself but I work in heavy industries here in Scandinavia so I see Kemppi all the time. I was just surprised to see their kit all the way in Vietnam.

I don't understand how they can do so many welds and make sure they're all watertight before they put the boat completely together and put it in the water.

A LOT less than the buckets of resin that go into the plastic equivalent, for sure!

Nice space for hanging lockers behind the dagger board housing. Is it possible to loose the dagger boards? Could they slip through the dagger board housing?

What are the main differences between your new boat and Delos2.0?
Delos boat is very heavy. No cats should be heavy. Don't trust me, talk to any catamaran sailor. Expedition boat is code for sail slowly and poorly. Crazy what people decide.

In an aluminium vessel welded together - have you any idea how much power it takes to smelt aluminium in an arc furnace? Up to 14 114 kWh of energy to smelt one metric ton! Plus TIG/MIG welding takes 3 to 4 kWh per welder. Fossil fuel free, I think not!
