This painting is stunning just as it is! I just finished your new course this weekend and can't wait to try the new recipe and methods to my own paintings! It has helped me so much to understand flow art better and be more intentional about my work. It is so great that you are a fellow Canadian and I can find the same supplies as you use too!
"STOP now" it's is a beautiful design and lovely colors. This one's a keeper for sure. It has a very intriguing look of darkness next to the lighter paint. I wouldn't change anything in this painting, because it is so gorgeous the way it is. Thanks so much, Olga for this beautiful tutorial video.
It dryed amazing! It kinda reminded me of an ocean trench with that deep blue. I'm not sure if you should do some enhancements, but maybe you can take a picture and play a bit in a photo editor to decide
I'm inspired, Olga, by your refusal to 'play it safe'. With your experience and soooo much skill, it would be easy, I guess, to lean on what you've done before and just repeat it. Hearing you say things like "I think I'd like to try.." shows the very same inquisitive approach to art that I hope to maintain on my own journey. Thank you! 🎉
Olga, I love the background. I think you are on the right track with adding the other colors. I'm sure you can still accomplish the minimalistic look while keeping the deep rich background and at the same time continuing to add the other colors through the piece. I look forward to seeing another one of your many masterpieces.
this picture is sooo beautiful at 5.00 minutes in my opinion only the blue and black . fantastic . you are a good teacher for me . thank you Olga and all the best for you and your passion💙💜🖤
It's absolutely gorgeous as it is. It would also look beautiful with more veins of coral and gold. Your artistic judgement is astounding, so I say trust your own thoughts on this one.
I love it because you said you wanted a minimalistic look and this is it!! I love the flow of blue colors and the contrast of other colors through it. It's a beautiful design!!❤
Olga, my daughter and I watch your videos together all the time and we always talk about them after (she's 5 and a half and you have inspired her with making art that's beautiful, unique, and embracing new things!) She pointed out it looks like a coral reef with fish swimming at the top of the painting and I'm just in love with that visual and we think you should definitely keep it as is! Thank you so much for sharing your art with all of us 🥰
I absolutely cannot wait to try that background. I had no idea how this was going to turn out but I think it looks fabulous. I would resin it now and enjoy it! I wouldn’t do anything else to it.
I just got done watching Molly’s video 😊 I’m sitting outside with Butch and Lily. It’s just perfect weather for memorial weekend. I especially love the background on this painting. The addition of the colors is so striking! Hope you’re doing well 🥰
Less is more. In this case the backgrounds holds it’s own and adding more will take away from the beautiful blues.. I say keep it as it is. P. S. I love your course and thank you. To anyone out there who may want a little more confidence in the pouring and constancy of the paint, I highly recommend this course…
Wow I am so in love. I’m so happy with the way the painting dried. I really thought most of the dimension was going to disappear with the blues being so close in color but you made the right combination to really stretch the dimension while still keeping the colors on the darker end. My vote is for you to add the embellishments because i know you’ll fine the perfect lines of movement to add reflections to. Your hand painted embellishments always feel like they should already be there.
Loving the minimal, yet impactful coral lines. They accentuate the cobalt blue as a kind of halo. Additional coral lines would destroy the ethereal effect they currently provide. It is a beautiful, mysterious, glowing piece as is! Thanks for sharing it!
Hi dear Olga, the dark colours are beautiful and the contrast to the lighter colours and the fine lines are very interesting to see... i think this picture is very imposant and a little mystic and i love it👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😇🤗♥️
Desde Argentina, enamorada de tus creaciones! Mis Felicitaciones! Hoy mire varios vídeos tuyos porque gracias a Díos,mi sobrino seguidor tuyo me mostró tu página y no puedo parar de verlos! Gracias ❤❤❤❤❤
I love it as is… it’s super different from your normal but I also love it because of that! Also LOVE your new course … If anyone is on the fence just do it … worth every cent!
The background is absolutely stunning Olga! But, for me, I’m not so sure about the flow though. I am a huge fan of that type of background (versus a solid colour) but I never know what one can add for the flow that would look nice/suitable. (although I am certainly no expert!) Glad you are experimenting with this idea.
