"Awesome Teacher Is Hard To Find Difficult To Part With And Impossible To Forget" Thank You For Being A Great Teacher You Are Awesome Sir Lots Of Love 💟❤️
Scapulothoric motions have same motions occuring in AC jt then after that the way u have explained sc jt motions in it was fantastic, u r the biomechanics simplifier❤️
How beautifuly you solve the complexity of not only shoulder complex but also of our minds 🙌🏻ist too difficult to understand these complex topics but you made it clear cut
Thank you so much sir for the initiative you have taken its very helpful for us in this pandemic situation to learn this subject and you made it easy for ua to understand. And is hard to find such teacher like you. Tysm once again. 💜
Nice class sir👏👌👌you made it is very simple and presented understandable manner... really it is helps a lot sir... thank you soooo much for your great support 🤗🤗🤗

Sir at 20:12 u mentioned the sternoclavicular joint has elevation and depression and upward +downward rotation 🙁the AC joint has upward and downward rotation na sir sc joint has anterior and posterior tilt could u plz explain me that point sir I'm a bit confused at that point
I HAVE A QUESTION. My book says that the scapulothoracic joint has elevation/depression, protraction/retraction, and upward/downward rotation. It doesn't mention anything about the tilt. BUT it does mention that the AC joint does have the anterior/posterior tilt but no protraction/retraction
@@TonysTutorial Neumaan kinesiology has same as asked in question by Karen...it does not divide into Rotation and Translatory motions...i guess essence is same as you explained beautifully in video...i just wanna add that Protraction/Retraction of scapula has element of IR and ER at AC joint as well as Protraction/retraction at SC joint.... Students follow texts book so that might have led to confusion or else its clear.. 🙏
@@TonysTutorial To make matter more complicated research does say about retraction at SC joint and slight IR at AC joint to keep glenoid fossa anterior while we do upward rotation of scapula say while elevating our arm. so for me Scapula upward rotation has SC joint elevation, posterior rotation and retraction and at AC joint , it is upward rotation, Internal rotation and posterior tilting. Most text books do not explain it clearly and make it easy to understand though the motion is complex and is to be seem in trinity of SC AC AND Scapulothoracic joints.. Protraction/ retraction and elevation/depression are curvilinear path and translatory motions as you explained though acheived by rotations at AC and SC level.
Anterior tilt in acromioin moving anterior and lower end moving posterior.it occurs as same movement as it occurs in scapulothoraic joint. All these motions happen indivudually at each joint but they occur together with other movements as a coodrinated movement
@@TonysTutorial thnk you so much sir... I am waiting sir.. My exams are from 28 sept. I really need this topic plz sir that would be so kind of you😊😊❤️❤️

What is role of ST in abduction/flexion?
How anterior and posterior tilt occurs?and it is combined movement or isolated movement?
Anterior tilt in acromioin moving anterior and lower end moving posterior.it occurs as same movement as it occurs in scapulothoraic joint. All these motions happen indivudually at each joint but they occur together with other movements as a coodrinated movement
Thank you sir
