Its my first review about a product...I really loved the look of the usha 3810 and its features but unfortunately 😔 I was extremely disappointed of the noise, leakage while grinding and the lid easily opens up ,all the numbers printed (e.g 123 ...pulse ) and usha logo erased in just 1 month , overall main issue is due to sleek design the rotating knob is tough and slippery to on and off .im stating this so atleast someone would get knowledge on the product & benefit reading and choose wisely.

What's the difference between 3810 and 3811 , apart from the price
3811- jars are bigger,weight is more,grater disc but no french fries disc,2 speed setting,extra jar for juicer,blade storage space.
3810- jars smaller,no grater disc but french fries disc,3 speed setting, juicer attachment ..no jar,no blade storage space

@@bhargavthobhani In the beginning I tried powdering almond as I had a dream of making almond butter but smoke started emitting. Then I realised it is not that tough.
Otherwise regular things can be done. No complaints. Except for the obsolete grater disc and needed a french fries disc instead

Where can we get Accessories for this 3810 model. Spoke to customer care and few near service center contacts. They are hopes. I lost citrus juicer cone. I need cone and a new chutney jar. Why don't usha sell accessories/attachments on Amazon/Flipkart?? Why anyone buy if post sale service is poor 😔

The product is disappointing and does not justify its cost. I bought it for various uses, yet it did not meet expectations and cannot even make juice. Despite lodging a complaint, the technician maintains that the product is functioning as intended and refuses to replace it. I strongly recommend against buying this product as it is not a good investment. It would be wiser to invest in a standard mixer that can handle dosa batter, juice, and chutney.

उषा का घटिया फूड प्रोसेसर. जिसके कोई भी पार्ट तुटने पर या खराब होने पर किसी भी दुकान मे नही मिलते. सिर्फ कंपनी के द्वारा कूछ गिने चूने लोग इसे बेचते है. इसके जुसर का ब्लेड दो महिने मे तुटा. ये प्रोडक्ट कंपनी ने खुद भी नहीं बनाया . ईसे चायना से लेकर आये.
