I love everything about this video. The clear love of what you're doing, the pride and enthusiasm you clearly have for your entire garden, and the fact that you give it to us straight from the heart. No performance, no gimmicks. Just talking to us as if we were right there in the garden with you. Keep doing what you're doing!
This morning I made my mint infusion following your recipe. It's delicious!!! Thanks again for sharing your gardening knowledge and plant-based recipes.
Thanks! I wanted to ask the same question. Since the tea was brown, I wondered if you dried it first. I've got plenty of mint, tomorrow I'll be drinking it!!!
Hi Kate… I probably won’t be doing anymore garden videos this year because I have already finished doing 700 videos… I have pretty much covered every subject that I can think of in the garden… Thanks for your concern and I hope you have a bountiful garden season!
Hi Qweeknee, my wife does grow peonies in our garden flowerbeds, we do enjoy our mint here, thanks for stopping by and commenting and I hope you have a wonderful day!
I'm so confused. Every time I try to make mint tea (tried it with both peppermint and spearmint), it always ends up smelling and tasting like potatoes. It's not the pot or the water I'm using. Can't find anything on Google about this either...
@@PlantSmartLivingNOW I think it's just that I wasn't steeping it long enough. After I left that comment I tried your method and it tasted much less potato-y and much more minty 🙂 There must be some kind of compound responsible for the starchy flavor that gets broken down after a while. Also, this video is so wholesome. Thanks for doing what you do!
pouring hot water into tupperware is a very bad idea. even cold water will pull out petro-chemicals from the plastic, but HOT water will do it 100 times faster. even if it is just for a few seconds. Great that u let it "cool down" but.. without a frig, it's not likely gonna cool down enough

Mint tea is so incredibly refreshing! I much prefer it over “regular” tea.

Have you had any of your friends do a taste test on your mint tea to see what think it tastes like?
